No clear road sign to turn into Quality Inn. Missed turn having to backtrack. Quality inn entrance sign is low to the ground not very visible and set more than 100 feet back

The pool wasn’t working when we arrived to check in , heating pool wasn’t working , when we got the room we couldn’t get in , the. Had to go back and get another room , but room was clean and breakfast was ok .

The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful! Said hello every time I left or came back and asked if we needed anything. I did need a toothbrush as I forgot mine, so they gave me one without issue. Our flight was leaving very early, so we were to miss breakfast. They offered to grab us something before we left. I would certainly stay here again!!

Loved the room, staff was very nice! We loved itband its our second time back!

My rooms were very clean. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hallways and elevator carpet were very dirty and smelly also hallway walls and elevator walls.

The pool was freezing!!! John was tne only nice staff! Other then that very disappointed!!! Never returning there!!

Bugs in the room, two day stay bed was not made towels not changed.

we liked the shuttle back and forth from the train station. We did not like how hot the pool was. The kids couldn't stay in it for more than 15 min. at a time. They would overheat.

I literally stayed for less than a day as I needed a place to sleep between a performance and a flight at 4am. The room was comfortable and checking in/out was easy.
