The pool was freezing!!! John was tne only nice staff! Other then that very disappointed!!! Never returning there!!

Bugs in the room, two day stay bed was not made towels not changed.

we liked the shuttle back and forth from the train station. We did not like how hot the pool was. The kids couldn't stay in it for more than 15 min. at a time. They would overheat.

I literally stayed for less than a day as I needed a place to sleep between a performance and a flight at 4am. The room was comfortable and checking in/out was easy.

Location of hotel is very convenient. The quality of the room itself was decent - it's definitely an older hotel without any recent updates made to it, but it was clean and comfortable.

This is my second time staying here. And another great experience! Easy access to Boston without paying those ridiculous prices for Boston hotels. I look forward to my next stay! (Just a small issue, I had to check out early like 5am and there was no-one at the desk for like 5mins)

About 20min from the city. Gets the job done if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower while you spend most of your time in the city.

Nice comfortable clean hotel near Boston. The free shuttle to the Wonderland subway station was super convenient since the subway system is the best way to get around. The room was comfortable and clean. My only disappointment was that the refrigerator in the room didn’t work too well, and the drinks we put in there did not get cold. Good place to stay at a great value if you don’t want to spend a fortune to stay in the city.

This is a spacious, clean hotel with an adequate breakfast available in the morning. It was a bit far away from things we wanted to do which required the hotel shuttle to take us to the nearest transit station or call Uber or Lyft to get where we wanted to go. For that reason we would likely not stay here again but it is a wonderful hotel if you are not planning activities in the city.
