My dear, the stay was terrible . Time was wasted on the repairs in the room.. The refrigerator in the room does not work, the ceiling has water, the TV does not work, and many lights in the room do not work. I left the hotel two days before the end of the period and went to the Hilton double tree hotel in Andover. This can be confirmed by you. I'm very upset because I paid and expected a good stay, but I didn't find it. Please do the necessary action to add the value of a two-day stay to my account as I am your customer. Regards,

Check in was great! Breakfast the following morning was not. I reserved 4 rooms for business. We were repeatedly asked our room numbers then only the buffet was offered. The staff came over several times regarding our room numbers again. We felt very unwelcome. Also, we were charged $28 a plate for the buffet which was very excessive for what was offered. Very disappointed.
