Firstly, there is a parking garage, so plenty of free parking. The matador restaurant is right next to where you check in, it looked really nice. We did not get a chance to go. No complimentary breakfast. You have to pay extra if you want it. Did not like the pool set up, people with balconies can essentially just watch you swim, maybe because it was indoors, it seems weirder. Also, only two elevators that we could see inside, with all those floors, took forever. Close to a lot, including Boston. I believe we were like 15-20 minutes away. Room was alright. Could have been cleaned a little better, there was hair in the shower, etc. did not like the pillows. They went flat as soon as we put our heads on them. We did like the couch and the aesthetic of the building was cool as well.

The pool area was slightly too cold for the kids. There was one staff member I spoke with on a number of occasions regarding room set up for my daughter and sending a care package. She was rude multiple times on the phone. I was actually happy to no check in with her because she’s was rude but she did notice me once she saw me come in to set up because she stated I needed to do it myself
