This is a very nice, professionally run hotel. Given that I was arriving after midnight, I appreciated the helpfulness of the night manager checking me in and orienting me to the amenities. There's a very good breakfast, a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, omelets, waffles and all the other stuff you'd expect. The odd thing was that there was not glass to brush your teeth in the (huge) bathroom. I used a paper cup from the room's coffee machine, and noticed it wasn't replaced the next day. Also, there was no lotion. Maybe people bring there own... but there was shampoo and conditioner.

I booked here as a discounted way to travel to the area beaches and because the work Marriott was in the name. I was awaken at about 5:30 am to burning itching only to find out there were bed bugs in the bed with me and my wife. I discovered them looking for the source of my burning itch. I immediately called the front desk and the attendant came to my room and killed 2 of the bugs and offered me another room and upgrade. I packed up my things and moved into the new room and that's only the beginning of my saga. I was told that the manager, Mr. Green, would contact me as soon as he arrived at 10:00 pm so I made the mistake and stayed in the room until he arrived. On my way to the beach I left my number with the front desk and again reminded them to have to manger to contact me. At about 11 pm I went to the front desk and then I was able to speak with the manager. He gave his unconvinced apologies and offered me a discount of 50% off the first night and some Marriott reward points which I couldn't accept because I'm not a member. He also told me that there would be a third party investigation into whether there were bed bugs in the room which appalled me and sent me into a rage especially after I heard his employee tell him she killed 2 bugs and I showed him videos and my bites. I was then asked at 11:30 to leave if I didn't want to be charged for another night I left with the warning that I would be back with a sign expressing my experience.

Very clean and the rooms are spacious. We were greeted by the front staff, who are very kind. Felicia was particularly helpful. Thank you for making our first trip to Boston enjoyable!

I highly recommend this place. The staff are very profissional and the place looks good. The leadership team are very welcomed as well friendly

The hotel is just OK. The staff was welcoming and pleasing enough. The room was clean. Sound isolation is rather at the lower level, so the noisy next-door guests easily succeeded to wake us up in the middle of the night. There was also some minor issue with bathroom faucet - poorly operational and with the leaking hose. In general, I would say that I expected higher quality from the Mariott-branded hotel.

Hot breakfast sausage eggs and oatmeal and parking lot was plowed early to make travel easier

We enjoyed our stay in Woburn. We were looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped and spacious room, a well-cared for fitness center and a varied and nutritious breakfast. We got everything we wished for and more at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

The hotel room was clean. The hallway could be a bit more updated. The breakfast room was too small, but the staff tried their best.

Nice to be away from the crowds in Boston but close enough to enjoy the city. The staff was wonderful and greeted us when we entered the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and when we could not make it down, they packed us a to go breakfast bag with fruit, cereal and milk. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. I will be staying here again.

Great friendly staff. Were very helpful with directions to get to the city! Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Returning customer. Good experience overall. A motion sensor to open the main door would greatly help: most travelers will have luggage and getting and keeping the door open could be a challenge.

This hotel is a good deal based on location and the staff was friendly and efficient. the facility itself is aging and needs to be refreshed.

We needed a hotel right off of 95 & sometimes they can be "not so nice" this one was very clean & comfortable & I would stay there again. We were on our way to Gloucester We would rebook this one again.

Pool was nice. Staff great. Price too high. No fridge. Small rooms

in Boston area overnight chose Fairfield Inn based on past experience with Fairfield Inns and the price was very good. Breakfast was very good and free. Would definitely stay again.

Staff seemed confused by my reservation, it took a long time to check in without any explanation to me.

Hotel was busy on the weekend. Good breakfast but room to small for the number of people. Overall experience was good.

I booked 2 rooms for business travel in MA, from what i was told one of the gentlemen was put in a room that had train tracks running either under the room or right next to it...when he asked if he could change rooms he was told thst they had no place for him to change to. I was asked to never book at this facility again.

We go to Boston to visit family in Lowell, this is a great middle ground between Downtown and Lowell, so for us the location was excellent. Value for money is wonderful. i would highly recommend it.

Staff was very nice at check in, mattress was below average, wi-fi was very spotty. Breakfast a cluster and not attended well
