Room was clean, double queen, so pretty spacious. Temp controls work well. Shower pressure was good and water temp adjusted without too much delay. Bed linens were soft clean. Bed and pillows firm. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I travel for work and would stay here again.

Doubletree by Hilton North Shore exceeded expectations in every way. Despite being wildly busy with Boston Sea Rovers’ annual conference, all needs were met with smiles and as though welcomed additional support — small refrigerator, extra blankets. Nice not to need heavy hair dryer, shampoo, soap, etc: it’s all there. Mattress that left me feeling great in morning with soft sheets & absorbent towels. Comfy, homey yet simpler with on premises rest, Starbucks, & room service too. Really well orchestrated for exhibition, conferences, and workshops. Fair prices too.

This was my 1st time at a double tree & I must say that it won’t be the last. If this is what the Hilton brand has to offer, then I think I will be signing up w/ the Hilton awards program/membership & consider staying at a double tree, or a Hilton, when I travel…..look out Marriot, the H&D is trying to take your #1 spot. Lol😂 Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to & I think you will most certainly enjoy as well…..mind you I only stayed for 2 nights. Imagine staying longer. 😉

On first entry in hotel it looked wonderful, went up to our room, seemed clean, went to bathroom and toilet seat came off in my hand. Got up next morning to find that breakfast (same old garbage, powdered eggs) very limited items, bland. However, you had to Pay $9.00 pp for it. Daughter used lobby bathroom only to find blood on the floor. Second day no housekeeping service, had to go to front desk to have it done. Third day, again, no housekeeping service. They went all around us but never our room. Will definitely scrutinize next doubletree hotel before stating at one
