Room was clean, double queen, so pretty spacious. Temp controls work well. Shower pressure was good and water temp adjusted without too much delay. Bed linens were soft clean. Bed and pillows firm. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I travel for work and would stay here again.

Doubletree by Hilton North Shore exceeded expectations in every way. Despite being wildly busy with Boston Sea Rovers’ annual conference, all needs were met with smiles and as though welcomed additional support — small refrigerator, extra blankets. Nice not to need heavy hair dryer, shampoo, soap, etc: it’s all there. Mattress that left me feeling great in morning with soft sheets & absorbent towels. Comfy, homey yet simpler with on premises rest, Starbucks, & room service too. Really well orchestrated for exhibition, conferences, and workshops. Fair prices too.

The room was amazing, with such a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning. It was cool seeing the view from the floor I was on, and the bed was very comfortable and amazing. The bedroom and bathroom was clean upon arrival and although the building is a bit confusing for my first time here, the pool/sauna/ hot tub was also fun to see and get to do.

I've been staying here 5-6 times a year for the last couple of years with my disabled son and in the last 6 months there has been a marked improvement in service and room quality. New entertainment system you can sync to your media (helpful for those with kids), new linens used on the beds (much more comfortable, cleaner), more professional service and look from the staff. I don't know what's changed but keep it up. Feels like small changes but significant impact. Great job! Keep it up!

The room had many different damaged spots. Rip in the bed frame, stain on the floor, shower drain filled with hair. We brought this up and they sent a man up to our room who hardly spoke english and had absolutley no idea what we were teying to say. On top of that, we checked in to the hotel to quickly find that there was a church youth group staying there of some very rowdy and inappropriate teenagers. No matter where we went in the hotel, it was taken over by teenagers, the pool, arcade, lounge area, lobby. The kids in the hall way were yelling very inappropriate things while we were right in front of them with our two children who are both under 2 years old. The restaurant appeared to be closed because the hotel was accommodating this very large group. We didnt even want to attempt to stay the night because of how uncomfortable we were, and the manager did not even consider offering a refund for our terrible, 3 hour stay. The hotel listing also makes it look like the waterpark is part if the stay, it is not. You have to pay $70.00 a person to be able to use it. Will NEVER return.
