Clean & location for my trip was perfect. Staff was helpful and nice.

We came for Halloween in Salem so we did not spend much time at the hotel. It was clean and quiet and had great amenities we did not get to utilize but all looked well maintained. Every staff person we saw was fully masked at all times!

The bedsheets were stained, there were no garbage bags in any of the garbage cans and they had missed someone’s used tampon Applicator in one of them. The water in the shower got to Luke warm not hot. It was very stuffy in the room and the bed was not comfortable.I had to sign something saying we would all wear masks in every part of the hotel except our room and your staff didn’t even wear masks at night. I am very disappointed with this hotel.

The service was terrible! 12 deep airing to check in. When I reached the counter the room I reserved wasn’t available and I was out in a family room down a hallway the wines and turned for what seemed like forever. When I got in the room the smoke alarm was tweeting! No help so I disconnected it! In the morning went to take a shower and chunks of dirt & hair came from the drain which was disgusting! Then, I went to have a coffee and the creamer was spoiled! There were no lamps in the room making it dark and no trash bags in the garbage cans. Just the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!

No elevator long way to room. Other then that it was a good stay

My room needed to be updated. I was terribly disappointed in the condition especially at the price I paid. Not a good feeling!

I stayed here for a wedding. The people I talked to were great. The room was clean but very dated. A term that was used during alot of complaints this weekend: “penny pinching”

The hotel did have a nice restaurant but the service was EXTREMELY SLOW !!!! AND the food was not very good!!

Hole in carpet. Breakfast is not included. For the rates charged I would have expected better
