Only one staff member friendly at front desk, Chris. All other staff member interactions were unfriendly unwelcoming and rude. One male front desk staff member walked away when I was asking general questions about checkin and deposit policy at 1:36PM on 12/31/2025. Another male at 6:21AM on 01/02/2026 didn’t handle the non emergency situation well with other guests and was short and rude when being asked general questions. Our room needed constant plunging and the water pressure was non existent in our room.

Apparently this hotel host long term tenants, and they set off the fire alarm at 4:30 AM. Front desk says it happens a lot and the fire department takes their time responding. The loud alarm went off for 20 minutes, while we all stood outside in 20 degree winter weather.
