The hotel itself was fine. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. My only complaints would be that my bedsheets kept coming off the corners of the bed during the night, which was annoying. Also the hotel is quite far from the airport to be an airport hotel, but in turn it is a bit cheaper than the others. The shuttle to the airport was fine.

After a harrowing shuttle ride from Logan airport, which included U turns in residential neighborhoods, going through loading areas of two malls and taking 45 minutes, not 20, we arrived. Check in was OK. My room smelled bad so I turned off the A/C only to see the unit full of mold. You needed a password from front desk for wifi-why don't they tell you that at check-in? After 1.5 hours of calling every possible hotel number I went downstairs & was told-we were busy. I asked about the power tools being used outside my window for exterior cleaning and she said "no worries, they finish about 8PM." They called 10 minutes late for my 5:45 wake up call. Thanks but no thanks.

Having to attend meetings in downtown Boston each day, this hotel was a great value compared to staying in the city. The shuttle to the Airport T station was convenient and as long as you don't get to stressed about sitting in Boston traffic for a bit it is a great alternative to driving in the city.

Breakfast was great. They had a bounce variety of food and comfortable dining room with plenty of room between tables. Shuttle drive was longer than I expected, Driver friendly.

No wake up call after I asked for one. This hotel is 15 miles away from airport. Shuttle limited to where they will take you. The Sheraton we stayed at in Boston was much nicer. It was closer to the airport and the shuttle did more than just take you to the airport. The staff at the Sheraton also was nicer.

Very nice clean hotel. Great breakfast and nice staff. About 25 minute to/from airport was further than I expected

It i too far away from the hotel to the city if you have not a car with you.

We highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We would stay here again. Our only negative comment is it is not close to the airport, probably 30 minutes away. There is an airport shuttle, we did not use the shuttle since we had a rental car.

We enjoyed our stay. We were able to relax and not think about the real reason we were in Boston. Had comfort and all the extras we needed and wanted. We did miss not being able to swim in an indoor pool but the gym made up for it. And our housekeeper Marisol did an awesome job. We didnt travel with children but had grand children come visit there.

During my trip I stayed at three different hotels across Mass. This was by far the best. Most comfortable and accommodating. I did find that the access was difficult. My GPS couldn't figure out how to get to the other side of the median

Let's not kid ourselves, a Holiday Inn Express on US1 is not anyone's idea of a luxury getaway. Holiday Inn Express Saugus was clean, the staff were nice, and it was surprisingly quieter than I expected. It's right on a very busy part of US, but the traffic noise was not bad at all, a gentle whooshing sound at most.

good hotel, not too expensive

convenient location and comfortable, clean room

great hotel- further than expected from airport

nice hotel far to city

Thank you for feedback. We are located 11 miles from Boston as well as the airport. Additionally, we have an airport shuttle which goes to the airport train station, which many of our guests use to travel into the city.
