The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Unlike most hotel restaurants, this one was really good. It's a legit Hibachi restaurant where locals dine. Free parking, good wifi. Recommend!

Our stay was good on the whole, but the room was not serviced after the 1st night, even though we were out by 10 AM the next morning.

Location was good with restaurant choices. However, wish it was a bit closer to the airport.

Elevator didn’t, work. Curtains didn’t close. Stains on the floor. Pool was closed. Tried to use the gym. Key didn’t work.

I specifically selected this location because it would accommodate three individuals in the same room with a sofa bed or roll away bed as their listing indicated. When arriving at the location I was told that the room did not have a sofa bed nor would it accommodate a roll away bed, making for uncomfortable sleeping conditions for the week. In addition, the individual who checked us in had no interest in accommodating my request or attempting to offer any alternatives, nor did he appear to care about the inconvenience,. I will not be staying here or any other Sheraton properties again.

I specifically called prior to making this reservation to make sure I would have an included airport shuttle and free parking while I went on vacation. The person I spoke with confirmed both of those. At checkin, I was informed parking for the 5 days I was gone would be an additional $80 but the shuttle was free. Additionally, there was ZERO parking (I had to park at the restaurant next door and pray I wouldn’t get towed) and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Every move my partner or I made, the other person could feel. The pillows were beyond soft and totally thin.

We had a spacious king room. There is a Japanese steakhouse onsite. We were pleasantly surprised when it turned out to have a hibachi grill. We had a wonderful and entertaining dinner. The shuttle service was great. One day it dropped us off right at the blue line train station at the airport. On another day, it dropped us off and picked us up at the rental car center. We didn't have to wait too long for shuttle service. Breakfast was a little pricey, but it was very convenient and had a nice selection of breakfast food. We would definitely stay here again.

The room we stayed in ROOM 106--smelled horribly like mold

Enjoyed my stay very much, they let us drop off our bags early before check in. Rooms were cleanly bed comfortable, all around good.

It’s a stretch to say this is at Logan. Elevators weren’t working properly most of our stay. No night lights at bed. Not enough light in room. A/c could not be left on continuous fan mode so there was no constant white noise to drown out traffic noise outside. SAFE was locked closed, could not be used during stay. Entrance to hotel is terrible off the street. Late at night we missed it and had to go around this huge roundabout all over again, 10 minute delay. They have no sign at the road and no lights indicating where you turn for the hotel. Woman who staffs breakfast however is fantastic, made our day.

It was a substantial distance from the airport and next to a not particularly inspiring strip mall. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We had no view from our window and it was expensive by National standards. It was OK for one night but I wouldn't want to spend an extended time there.

Great disability accessible room for transporting elderly dimentia patient. Small issue with a/c was fixed quickly. Staff was attentive and efficient. Food was good quality. Would recommend to anyone needing lodging near Logan in Boston.
