I paid for Sheraton but got Motel experience. Was put in a basement room with window AC unit that made noise almost whole night. Window had wonderful views of the walls of the back of the building. Never recommend to anyone else.

I truly had a great experience! Seamless! Was able to early check-in one if the rooms easily. Super friendly staff. Right after I booked I calĺed and Alicia at the front desk was so polite and helpful. Also, there's a cute 24 pantry with decent eats 24 hours. There's a cute small bar open until 2. Okay but just not very comfortable

Pros: Quick 24hr check-in and 24hr airport shuttle was great! Cons: The room was not very comfortable. Harsh, uneven lighting, noisy barndoor bathroom, rattly fan you couldn't turn off, cheap quality sheets that felt like tissue paper, no bathroom fan, industrial gray felt walls. I realize these are small things but in the hospitality business, the room should be comfortable and a bit less depressing. The room felt institutional and I was glad we were only staying one night. We were exhausted but didn't sleep well due to the fan rattling all night.
