Loved with the exceptions we asked for a comforter two times for the pull out couch. We received each time a paper thin worn out coverlet and two flat sheets. I have been to many hotels where a spare set of equal type comforters as the main bed was available with a set of sheets and spare pillows packaged in the hall closet. The second is the pullout couch mattress was beyond uncomfortable; thin and you could feel each spring. These were the only downsides. Breakfast was great and it was so convenient to the train station.

The front desk was professional, quick check in. The room was modern apartment feeling, super clean and it had all the necessary toiletries especially soap tu wash your hands in the bathroom. I would highly recommend the Marriott over the Hilton! Marriott puts the clients needs to make it a more luxurious stay.

I rated 4 stars. I love that theres a kitchenette in the room complete with dishes, a sink, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave and mini stove and supplies to use it all. I definitely took advantage of that. For the most part my room was very clean, except for a towel that was supposed to have been clean but had visible stains on it, and some weird looking orange stuff that i saw in the shower and on the bed headboard. Im assuming it was cleaning solution but who knows. And the counch was a little tattered, it had many visible threads hanging off the bottom of it. Other than that i would say the room and the building itself was very clean, i saw housekeeping moving about regularly. All the desk staff were very friendly and attentive and answered my questions. There was an alarm going off in one of the rooms and a guest decided to smoke cigarettes in their room which leaked into mine and when i called down to complain they handled it immediately. One thing i didnt like was the complimentary breakfast. Frankly none of the cooked food tasted good except the hardboiled eggs and potatoes. Everything else i couldnt really stomach. Overall i would still stay again if i had to. Its in a great location, very quick walk to the train and buses, also a grocery store and shopping center. Close to downtown boston and the airport.

No one from Housekeeping visited us for 3 days. We had ordered food sent to our room but failed to finish it. By the third day, the leftovers started to emit an unpleasant odor. No fresh towels for 3 days. After notifying the management, the situation was rectified and we received an envelope requesting a tip for outstanding service. We were unhappy.

I liked the property because it was clean, they served complimentary breakfast every morning and the front desk staff was very attentive. One thing i did not like was that i asked the housekeeping staff to service my room but when i got back to my room ,it had not been serviced.

We had to stay at the hotel for a few days. One day, we saw a mouse run from a cabinet to under the dishwasher. They moved us to another room. But, on day 3 there we noticed cockroaches and bed bugs all over the room. So glad to leave. There were no apologies. So disappointed. Never have I had such an experience with any of their properties
