Staff was very accommodating, hotel interior and hallways were very clean. Staff was attentive to shovel and salt common outside areas during 2 snowstorms. The supply Market near the front desk needed to offer more common items people forget when traveling. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Boston, MA.

Personnel very detail oriented. Excellent location for those who are looking for peace. 8 minutes walking distance for the Train so you can visit other cities. 14 minutes from the 1st Public Beach in USA. Well clean, everything you need is in your room. Very helpful personnel. If I visit Rever near areas I will go for it again.

The first room I was checked into smelled horrible. I went down and the front desk staff immediately got me another room. No hassle. I was surprised to have to pay for parking at a hotel. $20 seems steep. Boyfriend enjoyed breakfast. Food ok and nice atmosphere. Wish we tried the bar.
