The staff were so nice. There was an issue with the room and they moved us to address the issue. They handled things very professionally. Be aware there isn’t much to do right near the hotel and it is a ways into town. Not convenient if you want to sight see. There is also a moveable bridge that gets backed up and must be passed to get into town or the airport. When the bridge is up you can be delayed 30+ mins to get to airport or downtown. Although everyone was great and the hotel is in good condition, I wouldn’t stay here again because of that risk. We were 30+ mins late to an appnt because of the bridge delay.

Checked in after midnight and was put in a room that smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I asked the front desk to switch rooms and they were very accommodating and promptly changed my room. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again for a short layover.

Room had no conditioner nor body wash nor soap. Room smelled musty. Shower had hair from previous ppl. So they shower clogged while i was showering. Staff was nice. But i was informed that the room i was in doesnt always get shower supplies.
