The hotel was okay but I will not stay there again. The restaurant closes to early and the carpet was stained and the pool looked dirty

They advertised shuttle service from the airport, but in fact the shuttle service had limited hours. I ended up having to pay extra for a taxi going to and from the airport. I could have just stayed in site for the same price. It should be clear in the ad that the shuttle stops running early

While property is a bit outdated, this is made up with good service and convenient location. On-site restaurant makes surprisingly good food at reasonable price. Simone provided excellent customer service during our stay and made us feel welcomed.

Check in was quick. Even was offered a warm chocolate chip walnut cookie! Clean, large room. Modern and sleek minimalistic decor. Bathroom amenities are good. Swing arm lighted magnifying mirror. Not much choice for dinner at onsite pub. Love it that they have every 30 minute free shuttle to airport. They have a small microwave and small fridge in the room.

We felt very secure at this location! The female bartender down stairs was so amazing! She gave us so many recommendations to go visit! Every night of our stay we would say Hello to her! She needs a raise! Front desk staff very helpful as well as driver to the airport!

The room and amenities were lovely. Staff, not so much. The check-in clerk was nice but later interactions with another clerk and restaurant server were terrible. Also feel that a $30 parking fee for one overnight is absurd.

The room was clean on our arrival, beds very comfortable. The location worked well for us as we utilized the bus station across the street that took us to the subway. The shuttle was a major plus, the drivers were kind and efficient and drove safely.
