The staff were so nice. There was an issue with the room and they moved us to address the issue. They handled things very professionally. Be aware there isn’t much to do right near the hotel and it is a ways into town. Not convenient if you want to sight see. There is also a moveable bridge that gets backed up and must be passed to get into town or the airport. When the bridge is up you can be delayed 30+ mins to get to airport or downtown. Although everyone was great and the hotel is in good condition, I wouldn’t stay here again because of that risk. We were 30+ mins late to an appnt because of the bridge delay.

Only problem is you’re right next to train depot so you get to hear trains and horns going all time of the day especially early morning. Beds and pillows are comfortable
