Front desk seemed short staff. Called down for towels as they had not provided enough for the number of people in the room. They did not deliver it on time, so I had to send someone down to get. And even then the person had to leave another customer to help me. As well, needed to restock towels in swimming pool area. Again had to ask front desk for some towels.

Okay stay

Check-in was horrible. Only one front desk worker on duty and it took more than 10 minutes for the worker to come out to the check-in area to handle the 5 groups in line waiting to check in. The room was clean, the bathroom was beautiful, but the beds were uncomfortable. Even though we chose to pay at the property, the hotel ran the card on file for the full amount overnight before check-in.
