The room was clean and well appointed (all the right power/USB outlets, nice desk to sit at, comfy chair, etc). Check-in was smooth and it was nice to see a fitness center even if I didn't use it this time. I wish there were more food options at the hotel, but otherwise very happy with the experience.

Good Airport Hotel

Room was comfortable and clean. This is a good airport hotel. Its best feature is access to Boston Logan. Breakfast at a Hampton is pretty standard but this one was subpar. They ran out of coffee and coffee cups the first morning we were. There were few small garbage cans in dining area and didn’t seem that any staff was monitoring the area.

The shuttle took over a half hour to arrive. We called as soon as we got through customs and were told the driver was on her way and would be there shortly. The room temperature was set at 65 degrees with the fan on high. The thermostat did not respond to attempts to change the temperature. The front desk clerk was flippant in her response, saying that is how she thought we sould like the temperature. Then asking about the thermostat, she said that there was something on the unit to turn on, but she really did not know any details. We did get the temperature adjusted, but when it is 50 degrees outside and one stands outside for over half an hour , the room at least should not be with the air conditioner running.

The staff is friendly. The only thing that would make it better is if you could schedule your shuddle from the airport prior to arriving. Was a long wait on hold to schedule it then a long wait for it to arrive
