Hotel check in very good. Room was clean and quiet. Transportation took a long time to arrive at airport. We were given incorrect door to stand across from at international terminal and we had A LOT of luggage to try and cart around many people. Once shuttle arrived the driver was super nice. Great hotel airport.

Great staff and property. Shuttle to the airport worked perfectly and was stress free. They even packed a bag for breakfast for us since we had to leave before the continental breakfast started. Very thoughtful… went above and beyond.

The room was beautiful, perfectly quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The shuttle back to the airport was prompt, and the driver Xavier was pleasant as was the rest of the staff. Highly recommend!

We had comfortable stay. Staff was very good and handled transactions with ease and courtesy. Shuttle driver to Logan was excellent, interesting and courteous. Unfortunately, breakfast was cold eggs, sausage. Should have had a waffle.
