Charles, at the front desk, welcomed me in with great energy and made me feel right at home. Travel themed interior design was cool and a nice upgrade from the typical airport hotel; my gf would describe it as “cute.” The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thermostat worked flawlessly. Water pressure and high-end pump action soaps in the shower were on point. Will definitely be back!

This property is in need of several updates. The staff seems inadequate. They seem under trained and incompetent. The hotel needs updating and mostly we found that most of the things in the hotel either weren't working or written adequate and not cleaned well. The staff were unaccommodating and did cost us time and money

Front desk staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit very small. It looked like they had offered breakfast in the past, but none was available when we stayed. The hotel is next to a poultry processing plant. The smell outside made me consider becoming vegetarian. Luckily, this didn’t permeate the hotel. It is close to Logan airport and offers parking for a fee, so that is convenient.
