I was greeted at the front desk by a person unable to smile despite working in the hospitality industry. The first room I stayed in had food matter on the kitchen floor, when I asked to be moved to another room, I found the same exact issue, food on the kitchen floor and someone's hair on the floor. There was also a large bag of trash right next to the elevator. If the hotel cannot guarantee and follow basic sanitation practices, how can they guarantee enhanced Covid sanitation practices?

Very noisy with traffic and noisy hvac system so we couldn’t run it. Got somewhat warm.

Liked the rooms with the separate bedroom from the “living/kitchen” area. The pool was closed so that was disappointing!

Unfortunately I was placed out side of the house keeping closet and small children running around 6:00 a.m. then after check out room service loud in hall closet door slamming. Then doors again slamming at check in.
