This hotel is very clean and comfortable! My stay was very pleasant!

I liked the free parking and breakfast. Hot chocolate should be an option instead of coffee.

Unfortunately I was placed out side of the house keeping closet and small children running around 6:00 a.m. then after check out room service loud in hall closet door slamming. Then doors again slamming at check in.

Literally NO HOUSEKEEPING and even had to call up front desk for new towels and soap during a 3night/4 day stay. Staff were pleasant... but they literally don't do anything. I had to request to have my trash picked up after being placed outside my door every couple of days. This hotel looks like a 4 star... but behaves like a 1 star hotel. The presence of police cars swarmed in front of the hotel during the weekend to confront some miscreants definitely gives it a low end feel. Perhaps it's all this pandemic nonsense, but I couldn't imagine their level of service dropping this low if it was better previously.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea was very clean and updated. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room provided everything you would need in a studio apartment including a full sized fridge, utensils and stove. The bathroom was a good size and from the bedroom, you couldn't hear noises from the hallway. The parking is free and a 15 minute drive to Downtown Boston.

The property is beautiful and brand new. However, the room comes with a pull-out sofa yet they didn't leave a blanket or extra pillows for the bed. They did leave sheets - but two fitted sheets! We stayed on NYE night so at 3am, I didn't have the energy to call down for them to correct it.

Room was spacious and modern decor was home like. The ceiling paint was peeling and falling in the kitchen and landed on top of the countertop microwave.

This hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but seating is limited, my family and I had to eat at the bar. Overall we loved the rooms, and this hotel. Would definitely stay again

The shades in the room were automatic, but we were unable to locate the remote. There was not any available parking spaces for my vehicle. the front desk attendant did allow us to park in the handicap parking, but the property should be able to accomodate cars for the number of guests assigned. Also, the preauth room charge has still not been released from my account. Even though the bill has been paid and I can see that the transaction has cleared my account, it has still not been released 3 days later. This is very disappointing :(

The property so relatively new and very fresh. The design is pleasing. Check-in was using. Enjoyed the included breakfast as well.

Hotel was quiet, nice decor and suite was stocked well. Very clean. Shower head leaked and water pressure low. Bed sagged to center which is fine for one but difficult if sharing the bed. Room layout was great and breakfast service was very good. Bar prices high and bar service was lacking unless you sit directly at the bar.
