Rooms are small and parking is $22 day

Nice new and clean hotel. The location is perfect- you can park your car in the safe (and easy to access right from the lobby) garage and walk to everything in Salem. There is tons to do right around the hotel. The staff is very helpful with tips on where to eat.

Our original room had a pretty disappointing view of the back of a building. The TV also kept cutting out. I called to request a room change and they did to a room with a much nicer view, so I was very happy about it. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and warm.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable bed, wonderful hot breakfast too. However, I paid 563 dollars for one night, as there was nothing available in the hotel my wife and I use on an occasional visit to Salem. It was convenient but a bit further away from the areas where we walk downtown, and we are seniors in our seventies with less stamina. But it was still a nice hotel, although it annoyed me that we didn’t get any discount for AARP or the VFW membership. Otherwise the one day excursion was nice. If you go, try having dinner at the Hawthorne hotel tavern, where the ambiance is comfortable and the prices reasonable. God bless. JJF 10/25/22

Our stay was great! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Our welcome gift was a nice surprise. Room was very clean and modern. Hotel was spotless. Our only complaint was the bathroom door(sliding barn door style) offered no privacy in the bathroom & it lacked a fan. Other than that everything was great. The free breakfast was awesome. We expected something simple but they provided fresh waffles, eggs, frittatas, bacon, sausages, hash browned potatoes, and breads. Everything was delicious and the staff who prepared breakfast was nice and friendly.

The hotel was well maintained with spacious, up-to-date rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they were always willing to answer questions, help us navigate the city, and handle some challenges with travel.

Outstanding

Nothing unique, besides there being a dispensary right next door. Breakfast is very typical, seating area is nice. Parking is NOT included with your stay. Site fails to mention it is $18/Day. I had no problem parking on the street. The art in the rooms should be a little less creepy. I felt I was going to see ghost pop up in the shadow of a window or something. Overnight staff was the most helpful out of all of them, went out of their way to get me what I requested while others just said they don’t have it. Pool was a nice touch. I came to visit Salem not the hotel, I’m still satisfied with my overall stay.

Everything was to my liking. I only stayed for a night with my husband and 4 month old baby. Super clean modern and overall very nice. I highly recommend this property.

Great location. Felt safe and the hotel was very clean. Staff and free breakfast were great, too. Would definitely stay here again.

The artwork was rwflective of the area.

Perfect location for visiting Salem!

Everything about the hotel was awesome, but the HVAC system was so loud we could not sleep. It would have been nice to be able to keep it on, but the constant on/off prevented the entire family to not be able to sleep; it sounded like a jet engine.
