Our dead bolt got stuck and we could not close the door to our room. Staff gave excuses and said they didn’t have any other available rooms. Staff eventually fixed the deadbolt after we were persistent about getting it fixed or them putting us up somewhere else. Multiple furniture pieces were peeling laminate. The shower was rusted and had cracks in multiple places. The eggs and turkey sausage served at the breakfast were undercooked. The outside of the property and lobby looked amazing but once we reached our room, it was very disappointing.
