Nice spacious clean room. Breakfast was great but need more options such as having scrambled eggs and more variety in condiment's. Friendly staff was great!

SpringHill Suites Boston Peabody is a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and good value just north of Boston. The suites are spacious, clean, and well laid out—plenty of room to spread out compared to a standard hotel room. The sitting area, mini-fridge, and microwave made it easy to relax and feel at home after a busy day.

The hotel overbooked a very large rowdy convention that filled the ENTIRE parking lot leaving no parking for hotel guests. Many guests left with no place to park while the convention spilled into the parking lot leaving alcohol and garbage everywhere. Multiple complaints by angry guests that there was no parking available. Due to location on a highway without side roads some guests had to park a quarter mile away and others parked illegally. Next morning the parking area was empty but full of trash. Never staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We weren’t expecting quite the amount of trouble finding something to eat. There is a divided highway and in order to get to the other side and back could be challenging because there wasn’t always a good way back to the other side of the road depending on what side of the divided highway you were on and how far down. If you missed a turn you couldn’t just go to the next block to turn around. The rooms were large and clean. We were able to get more towels when needed and the hot tub was actually a good temp so that was nice. I would probably stay here again if I was in the area. It was close enough to Boston without being in town and we visited the surrounding areas as well. Salem, and Lowell just to name a few.

Great free breakfast. So delicious, fat above what we dreamed they would have! Fresh Maine blueberry sauce for the waffles! Fluffy scrambled eggs. Just amazing. Can't believe it was complimentary! Staff was great, very fast and accommodating. Great location to sights we wanted to visit.

For a 3 star hotel, this place exceeded my expectations. Was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but that was quickly removed from my mind. Check in was easy. They accommodated my request to be near the elevator as i have difficulties walking far. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable with a nice cotton comforter and plush pillows and we were well stocked with towels. The breakfast had both hot and cold food and didnt disappoint. They had coffee in lobby 24x7 almost. They came up a little short on the room amenities. There was no non-decaf coffee available and no bags for the ice buckets and the breakfast was out of some items. So maybe just a little more effort on ordering enough. Would have rated 5 stars then. Some comments regarding daily housekeeping not happening which i find is very common now except if you stay at a 5 star hotel. Most times we just want trash emptied and sometimes new towels but not for short stays of 3 nights or less. Not enough workers to accomodate that anymore plus it is wasteful. Costs have to be cut somewhere and im ok with my room not being cleaned everyday. Dont even do that at home. Will definitely stay there again.

Very accommodating! We were impressed that our room was available for a morning check-in. All staff were wonderful and very friendly. The breakfast was great too! Many items to choose from from hot to cold. Definitely recommend staying here.

Room was ok but not the cleanest. Found a used washcloth hanging from shower rod. Indoor pool was very cloudy. We would not use. Room was not worth the cost.
