After checking in with the front desk at the appropriate check in time, I went into my room to find staff members eating in the room. They told me to wait 5 minutes and come back. The room smelled of food and there were flies. Staff was rude. Room and overall area was disgusting. So expensive for a terrible experience. I didn’t even end up staying the night and paid to go elsewhere.

No bugs or stains. Did smell bad. Hot water was temperamental. Didn’t feel safe to go outside in my room at night. But if you don’t want to spend 700 a night to stay in Salem it’s a cheap alternative. That being said the room should be half the price.

It was okay, one night only is enough

The room was clean, mattress was decent, staff was nice. Our room was down a hallway so could not hear street traffic as much. The outside looks like a typical street motel in average shape. Downside was an inconsiderate man was smoking at end of hallway so smoke was infiltrating into our room.

Our stay here was good. We needed an affordable place to stay one night while we were in town for a wedding. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The area is very busy with a lot of traffic. We have no complaints.

Horrible place and people running it.

This place smelled like mould and air fresheners. Pillows are 1 inch thick. Bed is hard as rock... They went through our room when we were gone. Took our stuff told us tgey didnt. Found it in there laundry room. Told me i was a liar when i asked. Took 2 deposits from me without my permission. Never again will i go here.

If you have standards, do not stay here. Its overpriced for what they have. Not to mention a SOLID, NO refunds. They DGAF. This place looked like one of them motels from a scary movie, Bates motel vibes, felt unsafe staying there with my family, alone maybe, just adults… okay... but i did not last more than three hours before i left with my family and booked something at the red roof inn instead who was actually less money for a nicer room and a more comfortable everything. You know how you can put makeup on a cow but its still a cow… that was this place. They musta picked their best rooms to post on here cuz the room they put us in had the landlord special you could see the work right thru the paint. The beds were NOT comfortable at all. The cheapest mattresses and pillows they could possibly find. The pillows were flat and cardboardish, they are like those pillows you find in the basement after forgetting about them for 5 years and then being like oh, thats garbage. They didn't even have those uptop door locks and there was no way to really lock the door except one twisty thing on the keycard handle. Somebody comes to kick the door in, theres no real resistance, they getting in. It looked like people was living there long term having a bbq outside in pjs. It looks like one of them motels u find junkies and prostitutes at. The only pro was that it was clean, and there were no bugs… that I saw. Again, if you have standards or options, do not stay here.
