The room was extremely outdated and smelled as soon as we walked in. The toilet paper was clearly used and not replaced from the guest before. There were missing cabinets in the kitchen and we only got 3 very flat pillows to sleep on for 2 people (we got in late and didn't feel like waiting for more to get sent to the room). We could have stayed in Boston at a nicer hotel for about $50 more and it would have been way worth it.

My hotel had multiple bedbugs and a bullet burn in carpet with what appears to be blood stains around it. I have pictures!!!!
Peter, the front desk manager, was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. This was definitely one of the best Extended stays we have visited.
loved the hotel room and patio outside w/grill. met people while enjoying coffee. very relaxing. not too keen on the location, not near anything, on a back road, a little creepy.
Was close to where we were going. Staff wasn't all that helpful with questions regarding area. Vending machines were not working. Room was ok, beds where hard, TV was so so, parking was a bit crazy.
We stayed for 3 nights for just a weekend getaway. Saw the sights in Salem and relaxed in the Hotel mostly. It was nice being able to come back to the hotel and having the kitchen to cook your own meals. We were a little disappointed that the pool was locked but we didn't really have time for a swim anyways.
Our room was clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and nice. The pillows were not very good. Also, the hallway outside our room was under some type of construction - exposed walls, floor, wiring and lights in the ceiling, and construction tools were left sitting in the middle of the hallway, around which we had to navigate just to walk to the elevator.
