Here’s a strong poor review you can use or tweak: Very Disappointing Stay This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon entering the room, I noticed a mouse trap and an actual mouse hole in the bedroom, which was extremely unsettling and unacceptable. The room itself was poorly cleaned and did not feel sanitary at all. Customer service only made the experience worse. We had to wait over three hours just to receive clean towels, and when we followed up, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of offering an apology or solution, we were bluntly told they were “short-staffed,” as if that excused the lack of basic service. Between the cleanliness issues, pest concerns, and poor customer service, I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.

I was changing my booking per their request by canceling the current, I accidentally selected for a same day booking at 540pm. I called immediately after my mistake as we did not have the extra money to waste on a room we couldn’t stay in. I was met by a rude costumer service agent. I was transferred to the front desk who was unable to help me due to a 3rd party booking. My Expedia agent tried to get me a refund or date change as this was what I was trying to do. The property was so unwilling to bend they refused to give a refund or move the date of my booking. I will never book through this hotel again due to the costumer service I was met with and will tell others of my experience.

The person at the front desk (older gentleman) was very kind. The room was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pats and pans. It was very convenient. 15 minutes away from salem, which is where we were going.
