The staff was amazing. They made checking for our group so easy. I was concerned that the road noise would be bad. We had a room in the back and it wasn’t a problem at all.

Great Hotel, Great Price

This is a really great hotel and the price makes it phenomenal! It gets major bonus points from us for being dog friendly and the pool is great for kids and adults too! The proximity to Salem and Boston is perfect for people like us who are looking to visit both cities. Every morning offers a full buffet breakfast and there is 24 hr complimentary snacks and coffee. This is our second time staying here when visiting the area and don’t think we’d stay anywhere else.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. We had hard water buildup on the bathtub so it was very difficult to pull the stem up for water to get to the shower. The floor had some trash on.

Quick overnight

Due to plane delays we checked in at breakfast and slept two hours. We explained and staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Pay to park at a Hampton Inn?

The hotel and staff were all pleasant, and the room was clean. The breakfast was tasty as always. The only issue was the surprise five dollar parking fee, which I have never paid at any Hampton Inn.

Loved my very spacious room and comfortable bed! This Inn has it all...mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room, plus the free breakfast was amazing. It was so convenient to have a full breakfast first thing in the morning right downstairs from my room. And there was something for everyone with fresh brewed coffee and juices to accompany it. Will definitely visit again!

Unclear important details

We loved our room and the stay! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I was a little concerned upon check-in. I had pre-paid for the room but then charged again upon check-in, which may or may not be refunded quickly. I was also asked to pay a $50 service fee that was not disclosed in my reservation agreement. Otherwise our stay was great. We especially enjoyed breakfast.

Comfortable

We stayed here before. Key had to be reprogrammed twice. We found 4 other couples had the same problem. Out side had numerous men hanging out in their cars even in the heat.....a little disconcerting. The bed was very comfortable, and room was great!
