Clean, spacious,
The exterior was ok but the rooms smelled of stale smoke and mildew
Clean and modern. Good for the price.
Property needs some renovation.
The property was run down and it was overpriced. The staff was very friendly though !
the a/c /heater worked. room was expensive.
The sheets were wet on the beds. There were mosquitoes in the room. And old soup cup was still in the microwave with mold in it. There was a cup of old liquid under the sink. Over all very dirty.
This property is in need of help. It’s run down. Our room smelled like smoke. The beds seemed clean. I would never recommend this hotel.
It’s was very nice,I like the pool, and the breakfast
The quality of the accommodations and service at Knights Inn in Danvers was excellent. Our room was clean and spacious; our shower and sink facilities spotless and in good working order. The front desk staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. We would recommend this hotel to our friends visiting Boston-as we were-and would stay there gladly again.
Location We appreciated the secluded area Enjoyed the quite
My room did not look like what is advertised. Furniture is tired and room reeked of cleaning chemicals. Kept door open to air it out. Carpet very old and nobody bothered to remove paint from window glass after repainting trim. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Though the room was newly renovated with relatively new furnishings such as a hair dryer, window treatments, et al the heater did not work, so it was way too cold. There were no blankets but a very thin cover sheet. The bear floors were dusty, no closet to speak of, a broken luggage rack was leaned against the wall. My disappointment was further confirmed by another upset, vocally dissatisfied customer at the counter yelling at the agent the following morning. Will not stay there again.
Wasnt happy that i had requested a smoking room on the website that stated it was available but when i got to the hotel the staff said the smoking rooms arent available. Apparently the staff didnt work that day. Person at front desk just told me to smoke outside on the coldest day of the year so far. If i had known this before hand, i would have chosen a different hotel. And of course the room was non refundable so i was stuck with this. Very unsatisfied.
Clean, air conditioner filter did need to be changed though
This hotel felt absolutely disgustingly dirty!!!! The sofa sleeper was stained, the tub had hairs from previous occupants, dust balls and other dirt on floors. The floors were spongy and felt of poor quality (I think they were vinyl flooring meant to look like hardwood). No toiletries in the room - I had to ask for them ... which leads me to believe they only partially cleaned our room between our visit and the last guest ... hmm? The bed was also uncomfortable. I definitely will not be staying at the Knights Inn. Way overpriced too - but that may have been more to do with supply and demand. We paid nearly $200 a night with taxes/fees. It should have been closer to $100 tops!! Pros: The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly.
Avoid at all cost. They actually handed a box of tissues when asked for a roll of toilet paper. Not kidding
