Staff was very helpful. 24/7 front desk, I did lock myself out and someone was there to activate it. The fixtures in the room were nice but they literally slapped it on top of peeled paint and holy drywall. There was also what looked like a footprint on the back of my bathroom door. The frame of which was clearly kicked in at one point and then just painted over. No fault of their own, but the area down back by the highway has poor cell reception. The place is also in a weird roundabout area off the highway. Never felt unsafe. It’s budget, so you get what you pay for. As with most hotels, you can park right in front of your door, which was nice because I work out of my car and keeps it accessible.

The staff was very sweet and helpful. The room was very clean. The construction of the building is not great, however: the floors are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper, *ask for an upstairs floor* or you will not get a good night’s sleep if you are unlucky and get a neighbor above you who walks heavily/drops things on the floor at night.

The room was fine, but I was not aware of the highway behind and it is noisy. I always carry earplugs, but hubby did not so he did not get a good nights sleep. Also, we were at the front desk at 9:10am and was told breakfast was over - everything was too clean - I dont think there was any breakfast offering at all - I did expect at a minimum fresh coffee, so it was disappointing.
