This hotel has everything adults and kids could want—I was very impressed with everything during our stay, and my kids absolutely loved it. The only thing missing, which I hope they add one day, is a jacuzzi. Otherwise, I was thoroughly impressed. They even welcomed us with access to the snack room, which made my kids very happy. Honestly, the hotel had everything the kids wanted—there’s really nothing more to ask for besides the jacuzzi.

Poor housekeeping

We've visited this hotel multiple times and have always been happy. This time our room was not cleaned and when we asked for hypoallergenic pillows it took two calls and many hours to replace them and they only provided 2 pillows. Also, had to request towels and wash cloths because there weren't enough even though we booked the room for 4 adults. Housekeeper was not friendly with regards to the pillows.

Hotel was decent but in need of updating. The indoor pool deck was disgusting. Hair and bandaids on the floor was about to make me gag. The outdoor pool was nice, it was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. Music in the lobby is a nice concept but ultimately too loud to be enjoyable. Food from the restaurant was tasty, but could have more breakfast protein options. Overall I might stay again, as I like the area but my expectations would not be through the roof.
