Very well managed and clean.

Good concierge lounge breakfast with to go items, fresh fruit cups,coffee. Nice to have grab and go coffee in lobby on week-ends.

The hotel was very nice, and everything was great. My one minor complaint was that the bathroom door was a sliding barn-style door, with gaps on the sides. Bathroom doors should afford more privacy! Other than that, everything was great.

We stayed for a night to celebrate NYE. The room was nice and clean and I got a great night of sleep thanks to the comfortable bed. Theresa at Chopps was the highlight of our visit. She was so kind and cheerful and our kids loved her. We chatted with her when we first arrived and during breakfast before we checked out the next afternoon. The area around the hotel has a few different restaurants to choose from, a mall, and a King Dining and entertainment so there are a few things to do if you’re looking to venture out. We did not use the pool but I did use the gym- there is one room for treads and ellipticals and another room with weights.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean. I just wish the restaurant and bar were open. I would of really enjoyed that rather then having to drive to go eat and lounge. The hot tub was closed as well. Was hoping to relax a little. These were still closed due to covid. I revisit again and enjoy all amenities next time!

Well first off I asked for a handicap room and when I got there the room was so small if there was to be a fire I would not have got out I couldn’t even make get my wheelchair through the space way to walk through also there were no bars or anything on the walls for someone like me who is handicapped and in a wheelchair. The bathroom was unacceptable for somebody who is handicapped the tub and shower were extremely slippery material and I wasn’t even able to shower there. The Internet was down for six hours that we were there and trying to entertain two children with no Internet was nearly impossible. We had to take a specific pool time which was 5 to 630 as soon as we were ready to go down to the pool the front desk staff called to ask us to change our time from 8 to 930 because another family with small children wanted our time we said absolutely not we have small children as well. The bed has stains all over the comforters. The wall next to the bed we slept in had disgusting spots all over it and we got an icemaker container that had empty creamer containers in it. Disgusting. The pool was overcrowded and people we’re hovering over the stairs so that no one was able to get in the pool. The pool was so yellow and The service was just terrible. I was supposed to receive a $25 US American check to use for our next day at a hotel and still have yet to receive it. We also called and spoke with the manager of the Marriott and was told that there was a specific room for handicapp

Despite the pandemic, the hotel experience was similar as in more normal times -- clean rooms, hallways, common areas -- friendly and helpful staff.

Clean, fast service, and quite atmosphere. Restaurant was not open.

The room was very nice and very clean. We have not stayed at a Marriott before and were very impressed.

The women who checked us in was the best. Plenty of info for what’s going on in the area and how good the hotel restaurant was. Her name was Noel.

Elevators messed up and rough morning with power outage and noise issues. However front desk supervisor Carla made it up to us with a great breakfast.

Loved the pools! Breakfast was a delicious spread and made to order omelettes! Everything was fantastic!
