Staff availability could be more present. There should be dishware, utensils, and etc I’m rooms If there are “full kitchens”. Walkie-talkies to contact missing staff should actually work!

Everything was very decent and as expected except the breakfast was somewhat disappointing. I mean,considering the cost of the room I didn't expect much to begin with but what they had was just sachets with oatmeal (no milk was provided), granola bars, and coffee and hot water. No cereal, no waffles/waffle maker, no milk, no fruits of any sort. They even didn't have anything to go with the coffee. (Supposedly, they had muffins but I was warned that their supply is low, so they have only a few muffins left, and I should come to breakfast no later than 7am if I want to grab one.) I guess, considering how much the room cost, the breakfast is to be expected very modest but in this case it was even more limited that I would expect...

We were VERY disappointed in our stay. As an extended stay hotel we expected that the room would have included bathroom glasses and extra toilet paper. It didn't. Unfortunately, we could not call for these expected items because THE PHONE DID NOT WORK! We obviously left after one night.

Made reservation late and once arrived the staff recommended a great Chinese food resturant that would deliver. Rooms good size. Only problem as are room was listed as non smoking but we could smell that smoking had gone on in that room in the past.

Great stay for the price. Easy drive to Fenway for game.

We were helping our daughter move from one apartment to another, so needed a place to stay in between. Good location, close to restaurants and stores. Some items in Fridge were left over from previous tenant - should have been removed. Otherwise clean room, clean shower. Skip the grab-and-go breakfast - nothing to speak of.

This hotel was the dirtiest, filthiest most disgusting place I have seen. I would bet that many crack dens and meth cookers places are cleaner. There was mold growing on the trim in the bathroom, the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, there were cigarette ashes burnt into the toilet seat and unkown stains on the walls. The "kitchen" was gross. The sink was full of either vomit chunks or old canned dog food. The counter top was stained and marred up like someone hacked up a body on it. the "tile" floor was craked in about 20 places and was greasy and slippery, like that of a fry shacks kitchen. There was food on the walls, the cabinets were filthy and I didn't want to touch them. the two burner stove was dirty. The toaster worked though. the dishwasher door fell off, and was dirtier than a garbage compactor. the rest of the place was no better. there was either boogers or or some other bodily fluids on the walls near the bed, the carpet was greasy and slimy. 5 minutes in barefeet left them black and sticky, prompting a shower. After thant we had to wear shoes as not to ruin our socks. I took pictures of everything and am going to be contacting extended stay corp office about the stay. we would have left except we had already been charged by orbitz for the room. I wouldn't even recommend this room to a homeless person as the alley they sleep in is more than likely cleaner.
