We didn’t use the pool, the hotel suite was spacious. I didn’t like that the kitchen was not stocked with enough dishes or silverware. The breakfast had few items available. It sure could use improvement. Definitely Not comparable to other Homewood suites we’ve stayed at. This one needs improvement.

It was nice and fast, the directions to the hotel took me to the hotel before Homewood but I guess it happens often and the hotel is just down the same road. I don’t have anything bad to say about the hotel, I recommend the hotel

We stayed here for the weekend to visit the aquarium and some other entertainment. The stay was clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. Our only complaint is that although the hotel claims to be smoke-free, it does not seem to be. The odor of smoke in the hallways suggests that not everyone adheres to the rules. We suggest that the management or night staff be more diligent about enforcing the smoke-free policy. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

It was very enjoyable. The breakfasts were great. The only complaint is we were never able to get wifi in our room (201) We could use the wifi in the main area of the hotel. We tried to log into the wifi, we never got the prompt to ask name and room. We asked the front desk and they tried to help. But since we were in the main area it worked but we still never got a prompt to log into the room.

The room was wet on the floors when we arrived. There were no pillows in the living room at all? Very odd for a Suite. The shower was okay, the lack of gluten free options for breakfast will keep us from returning unfortunately. My daughted couldnt eat most options available. The pool was also much too cold.

The staff was friendly, however, the cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The lobby was well kept but it ended there. Our room smelt like spoiled food as soon as we walked in. We ended up buying Febreze to cover it up as best as possible. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed, there were gobs of hair on the bathroom floor and the comforter smelt so badly of body odor, we had to remove it. I have stayed in the area for the Boston Marathon for the past 9 years (different hotel every year but similar/same cost) and this is the only hotel I will be sure to never return to.

Great location and the suite itself was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a bit cold, but fun. Workout room was pretty good. Asked for more towels for the pool area one night and got some, but was told more would be brought and they never came. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but didn’t see that occur (granted we were only there 3 days). Hand sanitizers around area were all out of hand sanitizer. Door for suite had lock falling apart some. Some damage notes to walls in suite, but minimal.

Receptionist was great very friendly. Pool was cold though and area around is freezing. Room was little dirty here in there mainly in bathroom. But overall suite was nice. We did have to ask for sheets for pull out and extra towels since 6 of us and was only supplied for 2. Bust fast service getting what we needed food and shopping with minutes.
