The restaurant closed but supposed to be open. The pool closed-no reason given. The launndry was visibly broken and closed. There were no trashcans in the room. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even though a no smoking facility. The bed was comfortable at least.

Stayed overnight January 8, 2022. Have stayed here 5-6 times over the past couple years. Pulling a uhaul trailer so parked in south lot next to another truck. Fully aware of the signs saying parking at your own risk and not responsible for theft of items. Arrived about 9:30PM January 8. Checked in to hotel and planned to depart about 7AM Jan 9. Upon leaving hotel in the morning, I realized my trailer was broken into (as the sliding door was wide open) and valuables were stolen. I went in and talked to Laura.. who was very apologetic and nice. She called the police on my behalf. She is a definite asset to that hotel. After doing a quick interview with the Tewksbury police (who were also very professional) and filing a police report, they stated that they have had multiple issues at this property and have previously pleaded with ownership to get cameras to assist them and protect the customers and staff. This review is being written to inform future customers to be aware of this potential issue but just as importantly to request that ownership invest in a camera system. There are ZERO cameras INSIDE or OUTSIDE the building.. anywhere.. while its a safety issue for customers it is vitally important to protect their own staff, especially late in the evening hours. PLEASE protect your customers and staff. As far as the hotel condition and stay, it has seen better days and definitely needs attention but given the issues with covid etc... ive seen and been in much worse b

Our room was not cleaned properly. Previous guests soap still in shower. No shampoo, empty in the shower. Pieces of what looked like drywall on the floor.

Hotel was clean and safe. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Though I cannot expect much from a place that charged $54 a night, I was disappointed to see that the white sheets/comforter had stains on them. In addition, the top drawer in the little dresser was broken and would not stay shut. Finally, the keys for the room kept failing so I had to get the redone quite a few times. Maintenance came pretty quickly to help with the problem and though he determined that the batteries were not dead on the door and thus, there wasn't anything to replace, he did stick around to fix the squeaky door. When I first got in the room, I noticed that the peephole had a piece of paper or something lodged in it so I had to remove that to be able to see out of it.

It was clean large and classy .the beds are very comfortable the staff is friendly . Front desk aren’t really knowledgeable but friendly and the rates are good . BE ADVISED : when booking online they don’t mention about the $100 deposit they hold on your car that could take days to be reimbursed so if you’re on your last few bucks consider that . Or book for a few days . Booking for another night before you check will cost you $100 each time . So you could pay $280 for 4 nights but have $400 dollars being held on you

Fast, easy, and a very friendly staff member. Nice room. Spacious and really quiet. Had no remote when I got there. Went to the wonderful front desk person and it was waiting for me when I returned to my room. Was impressed

Nothing spectacular. A good place at a good price. Slept great, quiet and room had what I wanted. Cable was a bit limited happy with my stay

Room was fine, clean and pretty good sized. Hotel was dead quiet. Felt like I was the only one there(I wasn’t). Disappointed there was no services but I guess it’s to be expected these days. Overall happy

Hotel and room were fine... clean and well maintained. The staff was great. The guests, unfortunately were not. Both nights of my stay I was woken up in the middle of the night by rowdy guests. The front desk did move my room after the first night, but just down the hall. I confronted loud, inebriated guests at 1:15am who couldn't speak English. To the manager's credit, he came up and warned the guests and helped calm the situation. I just know I won't be staying there again.
