I didn’t like that when I checked in I wasn’t told the check out time. But in the morning the person on duty was very nice and worked with me

Fire Alarms go off often Suspcious activity around property Police circle premises often and are called here on guest they release their reservation list to them Also I did not want their housekeeping I brought my own towels that were clearly clean and folded on the shelf and they took him and still have not returned them. The door to the laundry room often jams and I wouldn’t leave your laundry unattended for I have seen people touching other people’s clothes including my own for no reason out of the washer and tried to steal some

Will not be returning. There was blood on one of the pillows, a food wrapper and clothes tag near the bed floor and when I went to the front desk to ask for assistance on the WiFi, the front desk clerk was making out with, I’m assuming her boyfriend. It was awkward and not professional. Would definitely not recommend!

Before booking at Extended stay, you should know what you're getting yourself into. You're obviously not staying at the Waldorf Astoria so top of the line amenities are not available. At first we had problems with the bathroom and room order. Friendly staff was quick to fix it. Witnessed staff being willingly helpful towards guests in need.

Front desk wasn't clean. Check out no one to be found until a temp employee should up to find the front desk staff to sign us out. Sujest maybe have a bell to alert staff. No coffee in room the quest. Other then that it was ok. I put yes I would recommend the hotel cause it might be isolated only to this one place

Carpets stained in hallways, entry windows and counter dirty, overall nto that clean.

I was told this was a Marriott hotel on the phone! WHAT A FAR CRY FROM THAT! They use this hotel for people on Ssd when they have no room for them at the shelters! HORRIBLE place to stay

This is my second stay in your hotel chain and if I had my choice this,is the way I would stay all the time. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay with one exception. When we were putting our dishes away we found some moldy fruit on the top shelf in the cupboard. I called the desk clerk and he took care of it immediately and apologised.

Asked for non-smoking room, but the bathroom smelled like smoke. Maybe it was coming through the fan? They provide a kitchenette, but no utensils or supplies, so bring your own! Otherwise, just an average hotel.

Inexpensive room (considering the location from Boston). I was looking for a nice room while picking up clients from Logan airport. Proximity is 22 miles from Boston. It meets the task, but no shampoo, cap nor were creams provided. Towels were smaller (36" not the typical 42" length) and a bit rough on the skin. Room was on the 2nd floor, and did have an odor of cigarette smoke. Found out at checkout that the 3rd floor is the smoking floor. Best price was actually on their web sight (though I booked through Orbitz)... their home site would have saved me $5. Staff was nice and friendly. Broken light in Parking lot - I reported it at check-in and they were fixing it at my departure the next morning.

Room with Kitchenette, but I stay only for one night. Room is clean, comfortable, but don't expect the Ritz. It meets my needs of comfortable bed, clean bathroom, TV. Wireless is extra. That's the only negative.

Will not be returning.
