Great location with many options regarding food, traveling, and pricing. The only small tidbit I dislike is generally around 6AM-12PM. I would hear a loud thud / noise that sounds like someone is jerking/shaking hangers/cabinents, and/or dropping them hard, it could be elevator or some ice machine on 1st lobby since I asked but didn't get a precise answer. I did asked front attendant if they have any idea what could cause this noise could be since it was disturbing at times especially when you don't expect to hear this kind of noise in a quiet area @ 6-8AM in the morning but information wasn't given other than apologies. Not a big deal but for reference I was on 2nd floor where ground lobby is 1st floor and on outside inspection my location or room seems to be right on top of a closed off room from outside of building that could be generators or the back end that controls the elevators/machines in building.
I like the fact the front desk and dinning breakfast staffs were friendly, although the front desk staff didn’t give the same king size bedroom as I requested with Orbitz. She was kind to explain that they were out of the king size bedroom. Also, I wish I had asked her not give a double beds bedroom next to an elevator. The gym was cleaned and nice.
The check in process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly. The problem that I had was it was obvious that sheets had not been changed on one of the beds because the pillows and bed was full of hair when we got ready for bed. It was hard to find someone at the front desk because they were always gone.
