The rooms were nice and clean. the location was good for finding food and a short drive for entertainment. the staff was nice and courteous. main down sides were the pool was closed and bar was closed.

Room was not cleaned after our first night. Need was not made. Towels were not picked up. Basic stuff you expect when you stay at a hotel for multiple nights. Friendly staff, but housekeeping needs to be addressed.

The in-room amenities were very nice. However, the bed was not comfortable, and the towel racks were falling off the wall and needed to be repaired. But the most concerning aspect is that the walls of this building are very thin. I could hear footsteps above me, and all along the hallway. This made it impossible for me to get a good nights sleep, and isn’t that the number one result you’d like to get from staying at a hotel? I would not recommend this place in future for this specific reason.

Clean room, very spacious. Only downfall was the noise around throughout the night. Other than that, our stay was amazing and would definitely recommend everyone to book a stay there.

Great for vacation. Had kitchen facilities We did sight seeing mostly north east and west of Boston. Except day one to Freedom Trail which is a must do for history but paid $40 to park for 3 hrs We went To Lexington/ Concord ,New Hampshire and Maine Perfect place to stay. Never hit rush hour traffic because we were traveling opposite. About 40 min to airport Parking is free!!! Its located in a quiet business/tech park. Ok hot breakfast They have a bar too Restaurants close but your need to drive unless you like to walk or jog Chelmsford is just a lovely suburb community
