Worst hotel experience ever! I've stayed here 25 times in the past but my most recent stay was so aweful I will never go back

There's not enough hot water! Also, the room wasn't not well odored. Breakfast is too expensive!

Bathroom had hairs in sink and bath - didn't feel clean overall. Carpet in bedroom awful. Our bedroom was the type of room that you would want to spend as little time in as possible, which was an inconvenience as I would have liked to relax and chill in a nice room after our long trip. I will be visiting this area many more times as our child goes to a local boarding school, but will make sure not to return to this hotel.

Old hotel in desperate need of updating - window in my room didn't close properly, the room style makes a Marriott look stylish and the lobby is old and tacky. Way overpriced even more so for this middle of nowhere location.

The hotel was ok the rooms are to small and the beds are uncomfortable, but it's very clean on great location close to restaurants, shopping .

Close to Soccer fields. Perfect for a one night stay. Boys loved pool.

The room was clean, but for the price it could have used some updating. It was close to the road and we could hear the highway traffic.

Beds are comfortable ..bathroom old fashion, wifi did not work not good. Great location.. Gym closed early on Saturday not good..

The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The room seemed very damp. The air conditioning units are very outdated. They are very loud and have little temperature control, and blows out air rather forcefully. The beds are uncomfortable and squeaky.

Room clean and comfortable. Lobby is attractive. Pool nice. Convenient for us.

My immediate family, and other family members stayed overnight at the Westford. The front desk staff greeted us and could not have been nicer. The 3 rooms we booked, although a bit on the small side, were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The common areas were very nice. The gym and pool areas were amazing. I wish we had known about them in advance. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at the Westford again.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly so that was extremely nice. The lobby looked great, the pool and gym looked great and the rooms were ok and I I liked the added extras in the room. I had a very good experience. The only caveat is that other than the lobby, pool and gym, the hotel has kind of an old and rundown feel to it. It may be due for an upgrade. However, I would like to add that I would definitely stay there again.

Good, clean efficient Hotel. I had a pleasant stay, exactly what I was looking for.

Everything was good. Great Service. Great Room Service. Quality rooms and clean.

Fall weekend in the Northwest--we had left a night without a hotel as we were unsure exactly where we'd be that night. When we looked for a hotel, there were NO hotels in all of New Hampshire so we had to drive into Massachusetts--found this hotel with an avail. room reasonably priced [...] about an hour before we arrived. Nice hotel--large lobby, clean spacious rooms, large/clean pool and hot tub, breakfast (an additional but reasonable charge), helpful staff--we were SO thankful. [...] we loved the hotel/hot tub/pool.

[...]The Westford Regency is a delightful, clean, comfortable conference location, but I could have booked a room for $120 on location[...]

Was not overly impressed with stay. A large wedding party in suite just two rooms away. Party was not too loud but a lot of traffic. Would have enjoyed stay more had non wedding guests been put in a quiet place. Parking situation is very very poor. Separate areas should be called out for hotel guests and event parking. Not overly impressed with room for the cost.
