I was locked in my room for 30 minutes - the front desk phone did not pick up my calls and I had to call 911 who sent state police to the hotel to alert the staff to help me get out of the room. I am awaiting a refund from Marriott.

Great stay minus dirty carpet

Overall everything was clean. Except for the carpet. Our feet were black from how dirty the rugs were. We ended up having to walk around in shoes. Everything was great though

There was a very welcoming atmosphere. The issue I have was no ice on any floors except the first floor. Also, running out of breakfast by 8:00 is obsurd. The kitchen personnel was not prepared for the pace of the guest in replenishing the simplest item..hot water. They complained about the children eating all the breakfast. I am sure these children were registered with their ages so that should not be an issue considering there was an event in town. The housekeeper’s worked really hard to keep the rooms clean and it showed. Overall, a nice location for a hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was convenient. The only little bit of issue we had was that they did not have enough breakfast for the amount of people that was their for the track event and other events. Other than that great experience.

We checked in evening after being at a basketball tournament all day. We had to go back out for another game when we returned at night, we attempted to take showers in the water with cold. When we placed a call to the front desk they responded with that has been a problem on and off for several weeks. I let them know that they never informed us at check-in of this issue. Because of this, my son had to take an ice cold shower after playing basketball all day. The next morning, I called back the front desk to state that this is a real issue and asked if there were any other options for us another room that may have had hot water. The person at the front desk responded that the only other option is to go over to a sister property and utilize a shower there which was not an option for my family as we were leaving to go to another basketball game. I am very disappointed that this property took our money and and did not mention this issue at check in. I have made a formal complaint to Marriott. Than you
