Pleasant stay

Room was very clean, bed was very comfy, very quiet and staff was very friendly. I did miss not having a hair dryer or the usual complimentary small shampoo and rinse samples. I do think the room could have used a bit more in the way of decorative decor as it felt a bit austere with absolutely nothing on the walls. I would stay there again; I was pleased to have such a quiet A/C unit and a good night's sleep. It was very convenient to my travels in the area with easy access to surrounding towns

To many people who are living at this property full time Someone pulled the fire alarm at 4:00 in the morning, the fire department arrived and left about a minute later so it seems to happen a lot.

The room was okay. The bed was sold as a King, but actually it was a twin. The bathroom was very cramped. The room had a tiny piece of soap and no shampoo. My wife had to borrow a blow dryer from the front desk. The motel 6 was located in a half-closed Mall area, so we were a little cautious. The latch on the door would not open outward, so the day manager came and cut the latch. The front desk people was very nice and helpful. But next time we will spend a little more money and go to the Double Tree or the Colonial Inn. We will feel safer and enjoy a nicer room.

Basic room but clean. Quiet. Customer service was excellent! Check-in easy. There were a couple of maintenance issues but they were resolved quickly. I would stay here again. Nice to have coffee shop/breakfast nearby.

Staff are always great. Every room I have booked is not worth the amount of money to go into a dirty room. They need to inspect the rooms before booking floor is always dirty the tub and sink are always clogged.

Door to bathroom would not close. Very tiny piece of soap at sink & in tub. No box of tissue. Had to use toilet paper to wipe my nose. After 2 days I asked at desk to have someone empty trash & bring clean towels and they did.
