our first time here when checking in the person wasn't very helpful or that friendly knowing it was our first time there. We had to ask other people about the facility as we knew nothing. Other staff were very helpful and pleasant. Carpet in our room was very dirty and I we felt because we got a discount on the room they put us in old rooms. The a/c fan had a high pitch we called someone to look at it and they just shut it off. Kids loved the water parks and gaming room

We have returned to Greag wolf lodge Fitchburg every year for the last four year and plan to continue to do so. Our daughters ages 5 and 8 love it and never want to leave. There are endless amounts of things to do including many free activities.

Great time, staff were friendly, hotel was very clean. My only issue was the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure was poor in the shower.

This place is a great place to bring the kids. The people are very friendly. It would be nice when they check you in if they give you a map.

Great family experience from 20 months to 60 years old. We got there for 1:00 check in day and we’re able to enjoy the water park and have fun immediately. The next day we did it all again and then did the arcade, rope climbing mini golf etc. a great getaway not far from home!

Great experience I’ll definitely go back kids loved it.

We loved all the activities. I brought 2 young adults (19 & 21) and a 3 year old and they all had a blast. Some of the waterslides are crazy - even I didn't dare do some. The splash park for the young kids was awesome and all the arcades and activities were great. Things are pretty expensive so plan to spend a lot of money if you want to have a good time. I think the prices for doing things is way too much, but they have lots to do. Most arcades are $1-$3 per game and to go on a simple amusement ride was $7 and lasted only 2 minutes. The arial park is $10 and mini golf also $7 and only takes a half hour or less to play. We stayed 1 night and spent over $800. Plan ahead on that.

I took my 5 year old daughter here for a weekend. I had heard about it on the radio being an indoor water park always at 86 degrees. It's December so thought this sounded great. We checked in and the staff were great, room was clean although basic. A friend told me the hotel in Seattle had rooms with fire places and made to look like a cabin, ours was more like a motel room. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom nice. The pool was great, but not 86 degrees. My daughter is small and was cold in the water, I could see other kids shivering too. The rooms where the pools are are very high and the heating vents are right up at the top, so if you are waiting for the rides then it's warm (hot air rises) but otherwise for kids it's a little cold in the winter months. My daughter loved the slides and rides, we went on the same one about 10 times so that was great. I would have got her a wetsuit if I had known it was cold. There is loads to do, it's like a mini vegas for kids, and there are lots of things you don't need that the kids want you to buy. There are also some free activities, we got a balloon animal, made Christmas decorations and sat with santa. All great fun. We ate at the bar, but when the food came it was all cold. Was like it has been sat out for 30 mins. Cold pasta and a chicken sandwich was also cold. I returned it and so didn't have to pay, they offered me food credit for somewhere else in the resort, but we went out for pizza and breakfast the next day

We had a great time. There was plenty to do . My granddaughter loved it and did not want to leave. We spend two days.

Kids had a blast at the indoor water park, arcade and ropes course! There were a lot of people, but lines moved well and hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
