I am in Worcester frequently for work and stayed for first time at the Courtyard by Marriot. My new go-to hotel! Priced very reasonably, staff was beyond courteous and helpful - and location perfect. Lobby restaurant had good menu, excellent service and comfortable. Strongly recommend this ...
I had a funeral to attend locally and needed a hotel to relax, get a good night's sleep and have breakfast. My room was clean, bright and comfortable and very quiet. The staff was warm and helpful. The shower was nice and hot. I had a good breakfast and enjoyed my stay.
The Front Desk employees were pleasant at all times. The room showed signs of rough guests however overall gone over as newly painted etc.The shower worked ok but the sink flowed way too slowly. More attention to detail could be used by the maids as to vacuuming 100% in cornersetc.Travelers expect to find their rooms 100% clean to feel good about the place they stay and these details need to be first and foremost.along with anything in need of good appearance. However I would stay again but would expect to find these issues improved upon.
I was moved to a room closer to the desk and on the 1st floor by the staff.
Hotel was clean, appears to have been recently renovate or else it is very well maintained. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Only issue was there were a lot of noise in the hallway. But other than that everything else was good.
