3 stars because our door didn’t close properly I raised an issue was told maintenance fixed it and it wasn’t fixed, very concerning to say the least, it took pulling the door HARD until it latched and sometimes that could take multiple tries. Was told breakfast ended at 10 but was pulled early. Staff was friendly and the room was clean but safety concerns arose with a messed up door which if was fixed promptly I would’ve given 5 stars.

Friendly staff, spacious hotel, good breakfast. Just a few suggestions- online hotel info says gym opens at 6:00 am, but the sign on the gym entrance reads 6:30 am (had to wait 15 mins to get in). Shower head in Rm 354 has no power despite the water pressure in the bathtub faucet.

The door in my bathroom was warped and the sofa in the hallway in the 6th floor had a pee stain. The entry way door was out dated. The jay card didn’t work immediately I had to wait for a click then I was able to open the door. However the room its self was roomy and the pillows were comfortable.

The staff were amazing and the amenities were extensive. From a buffet style breakfast that is better than most hotels, and the bar/restaurant open on weekends. Parts were under renovation but everything was clean. I got a standard king size room that was spacious had places to sit and plenty of storage. The downside was the hotel walls between guests rooms were very thin so I could hear the neighbors conversations while lying in my own bed. The bathroom was also not as clean as I’d expect a hotel bathroom to be. Dust in the corners of the counter, a sticky substance by the sink and “black” weather marks on the shower walls.
