Have to pay for parking in the garage...........................................

Hotel has a nice fresh modern feel. Only complaint was the hot tub only had 2 jets working. The hot tub was the reason I picked this hotel over others. And we had to tell the hotel to fill the towel rack because it was empty when we came in. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Check in is 4:00 pm... we are finally able to get in to our room at 5:45 and others waited even longer that us, including a couple we had been sitting with in the lobby that waited until 6:30. We were all there to attend the Garth Brooks concert at the DCU Center, which was conveniently located across the street. That was the only good thing about this hotel though. The check in process was terribly mismanaged. Some guests were given rooms immediately, others (most) waited hours, those who waited for rooms were given rooms out of order from when they had arrived to check in (even though they had booked the same room type), valet service was impossible because we would have had to sit in the middle of a busy 4 lane road to wait in a long line for the service, we were not given the WiFi password so we could not utilize that service.... the negatives go on and on. This hotel also had one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever had the displeasure of sleeping in. The attached restaurant might be nice in other circumstances, but it was an hour and a half wait for a table, and the hotel would not hold our luggage because they didn't have any room. Completely ruined our plans for the evening before the show. Some guests had their rooms comped, which should have happened for many more of us after what we dealt with. I have stayed in many Hilton Hotel properties, but I never will again. I could not recommend against booking this hotel any more strongly.

Stayed before, staff is helpful and rooms very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great service. Exceptionally clean. Highly recommended

Great hotel stay, we showed up and everything was as expected

The hotel was conviently located at the center of the city. The parking was close by was there was a charge. The room was clean and comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, the $12.95 price got us a great breakfast. I would have like a bar open later than 11pm. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. The Restaurant was great - but be warned they pack them in as soon as it opens. The room was great, nicer than alot of 4 and 5 stars I have stayed in. I would definitely stay there again. Oh and they are a small pool and a hot tub so bring a suit.

The staff was very welcoming. There's is a great Mexican restaurant across the street the staff recommend. We were staying here for a concert at the Palladium and it is only a couple blocks away. A gas station and great coffee shop are also close by. The hot tub and pool area was clean and relaxing. There is also a fitness room. Another plus for me was that use Neutrogena soaps and shampoos. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very helpful, we had two cars but only one was staying at the hotel. The staff let us keep the extra car out front so we could go out for dinner in one car (very nice not having to pay for parking for just a couple of hours) FREE WiFi and it was actually free (other hotels offer WiFi and don't stipulate the fees until you try to access it), easy to log in and high, continental bfast is a little pricey for the choices but the food was good and the staff was

Being a native from Worcester and now believe it is a nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to live there again. I felt the location was perfect and it gave Worcester a big city feel. I actually enjoy the visit and was centrally located to all the places I wanted to visit. Room and staff were 5stars with a out a doubt. Price was great. Parking was a bit but with the cost being so cheap for the stay, it is easy to over look.

Went to Worcester for a show at the Paladium and stayed at the Hilton. Great location, just one block from the venue. Across from a Mexican cantina that looked pretty awesome. Didn't have enough time to explore the hotel much, but would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Good amenities. Only bkft choice on property was a set buffet with price being a bit high per person - 12.95. AC unit was a little loud. I would stay if in Worcester again.

I stayed in this hotel after a wedding that was held at Pleasant Valley country club. The bride arranged to have 3 shuttles from the hotel to the wedding for those who were staying at the hotel. No issues transporting 25+ people to and from the hotel. I was able to check-in 3 hours prior to the "official" check-in time of 4pm. Parking was $10 and was right across the street. I lost my parking ticket (as I am apt to do) and the front desk was able to print me another one on sunday morning with no problems at all. The parking pass was charged to my room with no issues. Overall great room and great experience.

Nice room with an attached Pizzeria Uno, very friendly staff, and good layout and location. Parking is in a garage across the street and there were not many restaurants in the immediate area. Found out on check-in that I would have paid less if I had called for the 'college tour' rate which is apparently good for many of the local colleges.

The parking was not very convenient (across 4 lanes of traffic). King size bed was VERY stiff! However, the location was central, the cleaning staff was respectful and thorough, and price matched value of stay... Thanks!

Loved the location, the quality of the hotel, clean, comfortable room and the tasty breakfast options in the morning. Easy freeway access. Very friendly staff!

Our hotel room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Have to pay for parking garage that is across the street. Having Pizzeria Uno in the lobby is convenient. Only complaint it the noise from the city streets - sirens, trains, etc. not much the hotel can control.
