This was a very nice hotel-rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. staff were professional and friendly, location was good

A little overpriced but nice. The fireplace room was well appointed and quite. The disappointment came at breakfast. Hampton Inns cost half the price and have 3 times the breakfast. A small table with cold cereal a little fruit and few croissants is all they had. Definitely not luxury in that department. They wanted to charge extra for anything warm, so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

great! the dinning was great and the room was very nice and warm.

Very clean, pleasant hotel; no complaints at all. Adjacent restaurant was very good and service was excellent in the restaurant. I would definitely stay there again if I had occaision to return to Worcester (the town itself does not seem to have a lot to see or do based on my very brief visit - other than visiting Holy Cross.

We had to attend a family funeral. The staff was very friendly and handled all our needs from extra towels to late night snacks. We look forward to a return trip but on a better circumstance.

I arrived earlier than the 3:00pm check-in time but was told it was no problem. I was in my room within about 3 minutes! I was in town for a concert and they arranged transporation, also within minutes. My room (a King Executive) was nice, but not amazing. The window was really dirty and looked onto a roof and a brick wall. The bathroom, however, was great! Other than the window the rest of the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. All around a pleasure, but a bit pricey.

My son attends college in Worcester, so we have stayed at the Beechwood several times. The service is superb, the rooms clean, large and comfortable, and the restaurant offerings inspired and delicious. Not located in the heart of the city, but just a 10 minute car ride away, makes for a convenient yet quiet location.

The Beechwood is an old style, stately hotel in Worcester, MA. It has been recently refurbished and now has all the modern amenities (wireless internet, business center, etc.). Their sunday brunch is fabulous. One of the best we've been to. The staff was excellent and very accomodating. We only wished that we could have stayed longer.

Need a close hotel for a regatta in the area. This was the closest spot, what a nice place. The room was decorated tastefully and very clean. I will use this hotel again.
