The day time desk staff (a lady) was very nice. Friendly, informative. The elevator was nice because you needed to swipe your room card to be able to go up to the floors, so we felt safe knowing random people weren't able to access rooms. The room was clean, quiet and the AC worked great. Beds were okay. Free breakfast was nice and plenty options to choose from. Things we didn't like - I had booked a king bed for my husband and I but we were given 2 double beds, so we had to sleep apart for the night. Also, we paid the extra 15 dollars to park in the direct lot but when we arrived back to the hotel later in the evening, not a parking spot in sight. Packed in the lot like sardines, people were even parking on the grass. So we had to park in the lot down the street thankfully, the hotel did refund me the extra money I paid Other than that, it was a nice stay.

My room had hair all over the bathroom and brown dirt liquid spots all over the bathroom walls. Dust covered all surfaces, and broken glass on the floor by the bed. I did not complain because I drove 10hrs and was exhausted. Your staff was amazing though!

My friend and I were in Worcester for a concert at the DCU. The Hampton is an incredible location! Within walking distance of the arena, and we were able to wander around and explore the area before the show. We had a great room—comfy, clean, quiet—and close to restaurants. We walked back from the DCU around 11pm and had a quiet, safe walk back. Even getting some late-night, after-concert pizza delivered to the hotel was easy. Huge shoutout to Mia at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and just a delight to speak with. For future trips to Worcester, I'm definitely keeping the Hampton Inn & Suites at the top of my list.

The front desk associate Mia is a gem! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Mia was very welcoming. Giving us information about what was happening in town and a history of the hotel. She had treats for our dogs, recommendations on things to do and dug up a walking map of the town to help with our exploring. She made our stay very enjoyable!
