everything was great. the staff were VERY friendly

The location is fine. We arrived at 4 pm to check in and waited around and couldn't find anyone to check us in! We looked all over and no one was there... We left and came back at 9 pm and got checked in. The room had a kind of musty smell. Breakfast was only OK but typical for this type of hotel. Junk food stuff. The coffee was terrible. We stayed two nights, and we left the first morning at 7 am, and our room wasn't cleaned by the time we got back at 5pm. The housecleaner went off duty while I was napping and the room never got cleaned. Oh well.

Stayed overnight en route from Springfield to Boston. Great location. Great breakfast. Rooms are big with a great layout.

The room was very clean. The facilities are older and need some refreshing but overall this is a great hotel in a great location! The rooms are big and have all the amenities you need. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable and helpful however they should have someone at the desk at all times; they should have a backup when someone needs to leave the front desk. Great breakfast! Highly recommend this hotel.

2nd time staying at this hotel in two years. Clean and friendly both times.

Non-smoking hotel but previous guest had tied plastic bag over smoke detector and staff had not noticed/removed. Room did not smell of smoke but hallway did. Unpleasant stain on inside of bathroom door. Wood work on drawers was stained. Fiberglass tub moved when stepped on. Could not stop cold air coming out of fan nor turn it off. No exercise room or pool. Breakfast was OK but crowded.

Every year for Thanksgiving when I head to NH, this hotel is the midway point for me. It's clean, quiet and a nice big bed.

This place is old and outdated, not worth the price you pay. The front staff was not great and not helpful.

everything was fine, just didn't like the musty odor and being next to the boiler room, that room should be left vacant until all other rooms are booked (which could have been the case- don't know)

La Quinta in Auburn, Mass. Is easy to get and has a Starbucks next to it as well as a large mall. The hotel room had minor issues such as old fixtures and noisy pipes when using the loo and the sink. The walls were not well insulated and noise from people in other rooms was frequent. My biggest surprise is that I frequent this hotel for business and two weeks ago, paid $50 less for one night.

La Quinta Inn was ok. The location was not great, but the staff were friendly enough.

Awesome because they had great service and the breakfast was impeccable. I couldn't have been happier and the greeter on the way out made us feel extremely special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Hope this review is ok.

check in was easy and quick. The room was very clean. the bed was soft and comfortable. The air conditioner was whisper quiet !!! No pool, no bar, no restaurant but places to eat were everywhere. if your just looking for a place to sleep without amenities, this works. Free breakfast and wifi a plus here.

I apologize that you did not have a great stay with us. There should always be an employee at the front desk but unfortunately there may be times when they are pulled away to assist another guest, but this is never the first impression we want you to have when arriving at the hotel. In the future please ask for a room change if you have a problem and schedule Housekeeping service with the front desk for a time that is convenient for you. Thank you for your feedback! Tamie

The room was very clean. The facilities are older and need some refreshing but overall this is a great hotel in a great location! The rooms are big and have all the amenities you need.
