Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Sunday Brunch/Buffet was great and the server was on his game! The grounds were beautiful along the river, nice spot to enjoy morning coffee.
The hotel is about 20mins drive to the city so it's very convenient, but what makes this hotel excellent is their high standard on customer service. The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. They truly makes you feel welcome. The room is very cozy. The bed and pillows are so comfortable that we slept like babies and rested so well. The front desk gave us complimentary breakfast for my mom which was nice. The breakfast is one of the highlights of this hotel, everything is so delicious! Will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.
I was moved to a room closer to the desk and on the 1st floor by the staff.
Nice and quite hotel even near highway, room is bigger than normal hotel room , very clean and comfort, breakfast is a plus, I like their coffee, definitely book with this hotel again.
