Entering the room, we were blasted with the overwhelming smell of air freshener attempting to cover the stench of cigarette smoke. It was enough to give me a sore throat within minutes. There was dried, sticky food (grape jelly??) smeared on the cabinet beneath the kitchen sink. And the smoke detector had been wrapped in plastic by a previous guest (this is a non smoking facility). I called the front desk attendant, who was apologetic and changed our room due to the safety risk of a covered smoke detector. The new room was immediately better, with no smoke scent detected. However, we discovered the curtains were covered in splattered white “stuff” (I shudder to imagine what it was), there was dried sputum on the headboard, and toilet paper rolls stuffed between the bed and the wall. And the smoke detector was also covered with plastic. The front desk staff when we checked out (same staff that changed our room) was again apologetic and offered to add points to my account IF I was a Marriott rewards member; I am not. We will not be staying here again.

First of all they messed up my credit card charges. I asked them specifically to charge my company credit card. They even got the authorization for the card in time. Even after this they charged my personal card. When I called them the lady behaved rudely, kept arguing with me, held me up multiple times. Had always stayed here whenever we went to Worcester for the last two years. Will definitely not stay here the next time. Sad to see a great property fall from it's grace due to bad staff

The kitchen utensils could be cleaner and a brushing cup would be more convenient.

Great sray. Fruendly staff. Very clean. Will definitely go back.

Not a Marriott brand run facility. Tub was disgusting. People playing music at midnight like we were at a club.

Nice hotel. Heat didn't work properly and it was a cold night. Told the desk at 8 am and they never sent anyone up to check it out so we checked out earlier than planned. They did take some $ off of the bill.

The room was very nice and very clean! The free breakfast was good - very happy to see vegetarian options.

Overall experience was phenomenal. Fantastic staff.

Our first day was marred by an unexpected tripping of the sprinklers above the bed, cause unknown. Everything was soaked. We were moved to another room, but no attempt was made to help us dry our things. We used the dryers in the laundry room, but they would not dry our items after nearly two hours of use. So, all our clothes were hung anywhere we thought they might dry, which lent a sort of refugee camp atmosphere to our room. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that I spent the four nights of our stay on the sofa in the sofa position, which was itchy since no linens were provided for the sofa bed. The toaster did not work and the room smelled of the burgers we cooked the first night, the exhaust fan not being up to the task. However, the pool, the exercise room and the pool table were a lot of fun. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the room was clean, save for the black mold on the tub caulking.

Quiet and perfectly comfortable great breakfast healthy choices micro toaster oven fridge (-NO SAFE boo)

We stay here frequently as it is convenient to family. The rooms are a great size and the staff has always been wonderful. The room was not as clean as it has been in the past and the bathroom door handle was in need of repair. The breakfast was not the same quality that it has been in the past. The yogurt with blue berries was very good, but the egg sandwich was dry and tough. The pool and fitness room were clean and confortable.

needed a place to stay in Worcester for one night after a wedding. this did the job.

I needed a place in Worcester that had easy access to Rt. 290. I was in town for a wake and funeral which is a difficult trip to make so I really appreciated the comfortable and spacious accommodations—a bit of a home-away-from-home vibe despite being a hotel. Having the kitchen and living room area was a great value. Breakfast was gourmet but adequate and included. Nice to relax in the pool and work out in the gym.

Truly enjoyed being at this hotel. Everyone made me feel welcome. The room was very inviting and had everything that you would want in an extended stay

Clean room, very nice accomodations. Was upgraded from a suite to a 1 bedroom when arrived. Accomodating staff as well.

A very nice place to stay it felt like home ! quiet and pet friendly .....

We were here in February with our grandson and had a great time. When the opportunity came up to stay again, we did. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was just enough. We were in Worcester for the christening of our grandchildren and we needed 2 rooms for the additional family members. My brother in law was just as pleased as we were.

We went to visit my daughter and her family. We usually stay at their home but this trip we opted for one night at the Residence Inn. This was a great time, since we took out grandson back to the room for swimming and games. He stayed the night and in the morning enjoyed a free comp. breakfast. I will definatly come back.

They provided everything you could want
