We had no idea we were going to a hotel under renovation. There is no elevator to the second floor, and the hallway is long and dank with no decor. Our room overlooked a parking lot with a full dumpster. There were no amenities besides “complimentary coffee and tea”. The parking lot was full of potholes, and all the rooms with a view had window shades open so you could see the furniture piled up so rooms could be renovated. I’m absolutely FURIOUS that we were charged a 28.61 resort fee!!! For what? A view of a dumpster?

The heating/cooling fan was broken and VERY loud. Every time it came on it woke me up. We came off season so hotel was not running up to speed. Bar and restaurant not opened. Great location. Very nice staff.

Unfortunately vi read the property was under some Reno, but thought by this point in the season, the exterior would be finished. It was not. Workers at window level, area of the parking lot out of commission, etc . Just not really safe. Stairways to the 2nd floor could use repair. Our room was courtyard and the bathroom was average in terms if clean and up to date. Lamp by bed was not hung straight. And dresser was very dated. To the good, towels were fine, beds comfortable, and desk staff were super accommodating. I've never had someone turn up a better overpriced bottle of sort of cheap wine during a Nor'easter with such accommodating friendliness!

This hotel is undergoing renovations, so not everything was up to par. They are doing a nice job with the area, fire pit, swimming pool, playground, etc. The room was clean, but the shower was odd, and the water was not as hot. Plus, the wall needed repair from past leaks. Hopefully, that will all get corrected during the renovation. The hotel was close enough to the downtown, and the ocean right outside was a big plus. I would stay there again.

Under Construction - did not like this!!
The guy who checked us in was ok- nothing special in terms of hospitality. I paid over $300 for this room and right outside our window was scaffolding and men climbing up and down to work on the outside of the building. THE FACT THAT THEY ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION!! At the very least they should’ve offered a discount price. 3 people in room and 2 Keurig coffee pods. The tv remote did NOT work properly as the sensor was down below the desk. Dogs were barking at 11 at nite. Huge disappointment as this hotel charges a premium price but the experience was low budget. I do not recommend this hotel and am not happy that hotels.com lets any hotel on their site. They’ve definitely lost my trust. Less than good experience here- hope yours is better.

DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH! This whole hotel is a public health hazard. The rooms are covered in black mold all around. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in a shoreline hotel. We arrived late the first night. When we entered the room, a damp odor hit our noses. We aired the room and went to dinner. It was hard to see in the evening dark what was going on in that room. We couldn't sleep at night because of headaches. In the morning we saw, that the lampshade was covered in black mold, the bathroom paint was peeling off the walls, and the exposed electricity tubes were rusted all over. When we asked them to change our room, they did so. We went to check the second room, only to find out the bed frames were all molded. What is this hotel doing? Black mold is a fungus humans are not supposed to live with. It can cause serious illness and worsen asthma symptoms. It irritates the immune system. Also check the bedbug registry in Provincetown, because some hotels have them. Nightmare.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, especially Maurice (sp?) at the front deck. He was super helpful and very nice, he suggested several restaurants, which we liked. Our room has a slow drain, but we were moved to a better room right away. We really liked the staff and our view was excellent.

Gross/overpriced/full of mold/dirty
Dirty dirty rooms, bed was awful. Paid for a view and i got one, the back of the pool house nice cement wall. Staff could careless. Gross doesnt even sum it up. Rooms smells of mold , shower hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long. Just ewww. Dead bugs on the walls just left there from staff or previous renters.

My friends and me, absolutely loved the property. Right from the time, we checked in , Maurice was so helpful with all the questions we had. We were visiting 1st time, Maurice shared so much of good information and places to be. I loved the pool side area with the bar. Across the hotel was the shore. I loved all the aspects of the stay. My only recommendation would be to have some breakfast in the morning along side coffee. I am looking forward to coming to stay again soon sometime Nsxx
