The hosts are terrific and the breakfast is excellent. We had a small room with the bath across the hall. It was cozy and well appointed, but I'd book a larger room in the future. A very nice P-town guest house.

Everything was awesome. The staff called us right after we booked the room to let us know about the parking situation. We got a nice tour of the guest house and everybody was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean. Had a great time and would always come back.
An extremely enjoyable stay in Ptown. Paul called us when our room was available early, greated us upon arrival, escorted us to our room and gave us a tour of the property. The room was quaint, the common area was warm and welcoming, breakfast was just what we desired, and we were only a minute walk to the center of towns shops and restaurants. A great stay.
