The property was clean and adequate. The outside walls are paper thin so we could hear everything outside. But otherwise a clean place to stay while going to the waterpark. The waterpark was excellent for all ages. Looking forward in seeing whats new next year.

Water park is great hotel need upgrade been staying for 10 years every summer less for more price used to offer continental breakfast and microwave in room now u pay more for less not the beat option in capcod only water park makes it great and still pricey

The water park closes so early. 6pm. And the arcade is also only open till 8 pm. Your on vacation you would like to have things to do and not have to retire at 6 because it's closed... The hotel was ok. Kind of small rooms . I don't think it's worth the money you pay which was another issue.i only paid a week or 2 before but the day I arrived the price was 7$70.00 cheaper on Expedia which is Expedia fault not the hotel. But overall I would give it a 3 out of 10. Maybe a 4

Its a family resort, i exoected some noise, however it felt like they were in my hotel room and that lasted until 11p. I could live with that but to be awakened at 7a, by the neighbors children knocking on our door was horrible and that hapoened three times in a span of thirty minutes

Overall my family was satisfied with the stay and really enjoyed the water park. The water park is open to the public along with having the option to purchase a season pass so it can get really busy. In my opinion I feel it could have been overpriced. They provide us with VIP bracelets but no VIP benefits. They should consider incorporating a system where VIP guest have at least faster access to water slides.
