So clean and gorgeous rooms and property. Heated pool was amazing for early fall and the bonfires were so fun. Perfect location to get to West Yarmouth Favorites , and 4 minutes away from Hyannis Mainstreet. Already have our next trip booked

We had an amazing stay at the Uncommoner. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very comfortable, my only complaint was the pillows were not very comfortable. Other than that the property and room were kept really well. I enjoyed a nice swim in the indoor pool. It was also conveniently close to everything! Will come again.

This is a great hotel/motel escape from corporate hotels. Two pools (one indoor), up against a river and near the beach. Great staff. Huge parking lot that can accommodate motorhomes or trucks. Only downside is the highway in front of the hotel is loud (but not very noticeable inside the room). Ask for a room in the back end of the property and you have lots of peace and quiet. Good for families. Not many activities in the area but a short drive to much and a great home base.

Amazing!!

We booked this stay last minute and I am so glad we made the change. The motel is beautiful, every single detail has been considered even down to personalised fridges. The bed was so comfortable and toiletries were high end. Both pools are gorgeous and the landscaping is well considered. I wish we had booked for longer and feel this place has set a standard that no others will reach on our trip. I hope this little motel has great success as someone has put a lot of love into it

The property has been recently renovated, so the rooms and property are quite nice. The outdoor pool is not heated. Towels are inconsistently stocked in both the outdoor and indoor pool areas. The property's hot water was completely inoperable for nearly 24 hours of our stay, and the front desk's (which is only staffed until 10PM) only solution was to offer a change of room (to another room without functional hot water). For ~$500/night, I have bare minimum requirements of being able to take a hot shower after freezing in your pool. The air conditioning units are also non-sensically in the (very small) bathroom area, leaving the main sleeping area poorly cooled - I can see it being quite uncomfortable during the height of summer. I cannot see myself ever booking at this property again in the future.
