You can't get much closer to the beach as you're a short distance to gorgeous private soft white sandy beaches on Nantucket Sound which is a prime location for Kite/windsurfing & fishing (private boat ramp). You will be only minutes from dining, shopping, golfing, and many children’s activities. In-season Sat to Sat.

At approximately 2500 sq feet, this home has central A/C and offers (4) spacious bedrooms, (4) full bathrooms and sleeps up to (8) people comfortably (max capacity). With (2) primary bedrooms, this home is ideal for one family or two! Outside offers a hot tub and heated swimming pool.

On the first level of the home you will find (3) bedrooms: (1) primary bedroom with king bed and private en suite bathroom with deck access, (1) bedroom with queen bed, and (1) bedroom with two twin beds. There’s also a full bath on this floor with two sinks and tub/shower. In addition, you'll find the laundry room on this floor as well as a sitting area with a sofa (queen sleeper) with TV offering adults or children and area to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.

The top floor holds a beautiful large chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy sitting area with TV, and a dining room that seats ten. On this floor you will also find another primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, deck access, and a bonus/study room with queen bed. In the main hall there is another full bath with a shower. Enjoy relaxing on the expansive wrap around deck with comfortable outdoor furniture for breathing in the salty air accessible from the top floor.

The large circular driveway accommodates several cars however overnight parking is limited to 4 vehicles. No need to pack beach gear! The owners offer guests (6) beach chairs, (2) umbrellas and (2) boogie boards!

Great Island, a private gated community located mid-Cape, has a reputation of being one of the Cape’s most exclusive areas! It’s an ideal location for those looking to rent a coastal home with the added privacy of an island setting. The area offers abundant outdoor space great for windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaks, stand-up boarding, fishing, and has a boat ramp for easy water access. In addition, the neighborhood has three quiet private beaches (accessible only to Great Island owners and renters). The first two beautiful white sand beaches are located on Nantucket Sound - White Gate Beach and Whale Beach. The third beach, Cove Beach, is located on Lewis bay. This protected bay is an ideal location for many water sporty especially kayaks and stand-up boarding. The neighborhood is only a short distance to Seagull Beach which is about 1/2 mile away from the private beaches. All of the private beaches can be seen in attached photos.
