Just over 300 yards from the private white-sand beaches on Nantucket Sound, the home provides the ideal balance of peaceful seaside relaxation and easy access to activities such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding, fishing, and more (guests must bring their own equipment). A private community boat ramp is nearby, and you are just minutes from dining, shopping, golf, and family-friendly attractions along Route 28.

Spanning approximately 2,500 square feet, this beautifully maintained home features central air conditioning, five bedrooms, and four full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. With two primary suites, the layout is ideal for a large groups traveling together. The first floor includes a primary suite with a king bed, TV, private en suite bath, and deck access; a queen bedroom with TV; a bedroom with two twin beds; a full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower; a laundry room; and a cozy sitting area with TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The second floor features a large chef’s kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space with TV, along with a second primary suite offering a king bed, TV, en suite bath, and deck access, an additional queen bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower. Step outside to the wrap-around deck on the upper level to enjoy outdoor dining and lounging while taking in the fresh ocean air.

Outdoor amenities include a private heated saltwater pool and hot tub (seasonal), a large circular driveway with overnight parking for up to four vehicles (no street parking), and a basketball net. Beach gear is provided for your convenience.

Great Island is one of the Mid-Cape’s most desirable gated communities, known for its privacy and natural beauty. Guests enjoy access to three private beaches, White Gate Beach and Whale Beach on Nantucket Sound, and Cove Beach on Lewis Bay, which is ideal for young children, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The home is also less than half a mile from Seagull Beach, one of Cape Cod’s most popular public beaches. In-season rentals run Saturday to Saturday, linens and bath and pool towels are included, and one dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis with homeowner approval.
