Mere moments will take you to Colonial Acres Beach, and a short drive will bring you to Seagull Beach, Yarmouth's largest town beach.     Very comfortable house with modern kitchen and baths. We had everything we needed and had a truly lived-in experience. Very easy walk or quick bike to the beach. My youngest rode his scooter. Plenty of entertainment options in the area.
