The resort was incredibly clean, which is a major requirement for choosing a hotel. Also, the attention to detail regarding decor in each guest room and all around the resort was next level and very fun. My one negative was there was no clear signage for the fitness center which was difficult to find and we had to ask several staff how to find it. Overall, great place.

Frustrated guest

Indoor pools/kids pool was very cold for our grandchild to be in. Asked the supervisor twice about the temperature and nothing was done about it. Pool remained too cold to enter for our whole stay there (3 days). We were also told we could not enter any of the pools without a child safety device on the baby yet we saw several other parents holding their infants in the pools. Very unfair to not allow us to be in pool without a device but others were ok and lifeguards did not say anything to them. We have decided not to revisit this hotel in the future since the cost of using the water park - which we could not use with a baby and frustration of what happened is not worth our stay. We will not recommend this hotel to our family/friends with under 1 years olds.

Went here last weekend with my wife and 2 boys. Let’s start with the “water park” that costs $50 per person… it has 2 slides, a lazy river, and a very small kiddie area. This was the main reason we booked this trip and the water park is VERY UNDERWHELMING… There is no where to actually swim… The kids stayed for 15 mins and then asked to go to the outside pool… Food- food is TERRIBLE and OVERPRICED.. eat elsewhere. It’s also a joke that a $500 a night room doesn’t come with breakfast… the breakfast buffet is terrible… powdered eggs and cold pancakes.. not worth the price. Go offsite for ALL of your meals. Room- The one nice part of the trip, but then again it was $500 a night. Rooms were new and clean. Beds were comfy and the room was great.. worth $500 a night? No, but still the highlight of the trip. Staff- the maid staff was awesome and everything was very clean.. front desk again horrible… they placed multiple $600 holds on my card (double the amount of the stay) and no one would help me. I was told the finance person would call me back multiple times, but never did. Outside pool- again you get charged $15 a person….. Pool is nice, life guards are nice, but the pool is very small and got VERY crowded. Same for the hot tub. All drink are $15 by the pool too! Overall- this place is not worth the money. Food is inedible and the water park is a joke for $50 a person…. Customer service is horrendous as well. They nickel and dime you every chance they get.

Waitress at restaurant was horrible. Sarcastic and lazy. Manager was great. Addressed all our issues. The number one worst issue is allowing day passes to people. This is a terrible violation of the trust from your paying customers especially allowing them into the outdoor pool. There were six people in the hot tub with their clothes on! No supervision, nobody checking room keys. The outdoor pool should be off limits to everyone but paying hotel guests. The room was excellent. Even trying to get to get a coffee in the morning was impossible. You have serious problems with the restaurant staff. Nobody was around to seat us. Allowing people who are not guests of the hotel to wander around is a deal breaker for me coming back.

The property was clean and included all the amenities. I like that the bathroom had a double sink vanity and the shower was nice. The property had firepit with chairs and it was to make smores when we were there. The bartenders at the bar were all nice and the margaritas excellent. What I didn't like was that when I booked on-line, I was led to believe that I was paying extra for a pool view. When I arrived, I found out that the view was of an INDOOR waterpark with no outside view. Because I was on the first floor, there was no privacy so I kept the curtain closed. This was a definite disappointment. I will not pay extra for "pool" view again.

This place is horrible. For 500$ a night i was expecting more. The kid at the front desk twice gave me bad directions on how to get to my room. Then there was the heated pool, which my kid got sick from for two days. I really wanted to like this place, but for what i paid for this place is trash. And i will never return

We arrived early to enjoy the water park before check-in, understanding that, since it was a Sunday, an early check-in for our one-night stay might not be possible. When we checked in at 4 PM, we were assigned a room that was already occupied, which was a bit frustrating after a long day. However, overall, we had a great time, especially the kids, who found plenty of activities to enjoy. Dinner was delicious, and the s'mores by the fire were a lovely addition. The property itself was recently renovated and very clean, which enhanced our experience.
