Average property but priced right for the late season. The desk staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They provided tons of information about all of Cape Cod that we were planning to visit. We would stay again.

All the staff is AMAZING very accommodating our favorite place to stay when we come to the cape will Always try to stay at this hotel if we can't then we usually just do a day trip and don't stay the night my kids and I absolutely LOVE this hotel!
Great for the price! The room was basic but clean and with sufficient space for two people. The staff were extremely friendly and there was a very nice continental breakfast included. The location was perfect, just across the street from all Hyannis center has to offer, including Alberto's, where we had dinner that evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Inn to family and friends.
low price for area so expectations were low. Far exceeded. Liam at the desk couldnt have been nicer or more informative. One block from main street; enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub; continental breakfast nicer than expected and well kept; coffee all day; beach nearby ; will stay there again.

This was one of our favorite stays in the country! Not only were the property and the rooms well maintained and super clean, but what stood out was the enthusiastic and friendly, helpful staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping, breakfast and the maintenance staff! We really enjoyed our stay and will def return! Thanks to everyone!!

This was a nice hotel that was close to dining and shopping. I like the fact that they had an indoor and a separate outdoor pool. The breakfast was nice, although no hot food. I could see staying here again if we stay in Hyannis.
