You can tell they were under renovations, and our room had recently been redone. Paint and other things. There was several different swipes of different paints and patch jobs that hadnt been covered with the same paint. The bathroom floor was uneven and the door barely shut. There was a 2 inch gap at the top of the bathroom door. The tub had obviously been painted but it was uneven and the jets were all discolored. The door to get in and out of the room was not sealed and showed light on all four sides. We could hear a critter on the back wall near the a/c unit but could not see it. The bed was comfortable and the water was nice and hot.

Building was under construction. No restaurant/bar available. Neither of these were communicated at the time of booking. Towels were small and very worn. Walls are very thin.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations (which I did not know when booking). Lots of building materials in the parking lot and dust everywhere. The hotel restaurant was also closed, undergoing renovations. The staff is very pleasant and professional.

Everything thing in this hotel is weirdly, cheaply, carelessly and poorly done. Relieved we were there only 1 night. Once inside the “wing” where our 2 rooms were located, we immediately noticed how everything is presented with the bare minimum of effort. The white tile floors in the hallway looked very dirty. The rickety, unsteady stairs leading to the 2nd floor looked more like wooden ladder with the most unbelievably filthy carpet. The door to 1 room did not fit flush to the door frame so, the light from the hallway came through all night. Both rooms had terrible issues. Walls painted a strange color with gloss finish and holes patched very carelessly, 1 room had a hole in the wall around shower head pipe, toilet paper and kleenex was the poorest quality, strange ornate but cheap chandelier oddly placed way off center in the ceiling, sheets and bed coverlet were so thin and cheap, TV says screen mirroring is possible but did not work, woke to notice power had gone out overnight and my devices were not charged, appeared to be vomit on toilet and wall, phone in room did not work, furniture was so uncomfortable, unattractive, cheap, and chunky. Cheap, dirty tile in stark “living room, strange mirrored wall in living area, no effort to decorate and so much more disappointing features. Only good thing is that the hotel is located near walkable area of shops and restaurants.

Easy to check in, we always have a lovely stay with no issues. Good value. Hot tub is always great. Could be slightly cleaner. But, by no means is it gross. We will be back again next year

We had a great stay , nothings perfect but they do a great job overall. Some of these reviews can't be accurate. The cleaning manager stopped what he was doing and apologized to us for vacuuming , because some of the guest are clearly dramatic ! The front desk checked us in earlier than technically they even had to which we appreciated very much. We clean our room, are considerate of other guest and even take out our own trash but that's just us. Maybe if guest that stay there take into consideration that some other guest are just loud or smoke in the rooms which they shouldn't and cause wear and tear (someone clearly stepped into the hot tub on the drain and broke it , they patched it but not the hotels fault) from acting wild then you would realize it's not really all within the hotels control. We had wood supporting under the bed in an awesome room but that's because other guest broke it not the hotel ! I think yes some things (which they are working on it) can be fixed better and more maintained but other than that , we always have a great time! I look forward to staying again and maybe trying other rooms and referring family and friends !

It smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom didn't have toilet paper and we called reception but no one answered, there were bullets on the floor when we arrived, on the bed it looked like the sheets weren't clean, there was hair and the bed was dirty so we decided not to sleep there

The hallway smelled like human fesses. Bed was rock solid so I could not sleep. The bathroom was ice cold and mirror broken. Hotel restaurant and bar was closed due to renovations and no notice of that when booking. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences ever.
