Close to downtown, with the remodeling you could hear everything in the hallways

Pool was closed- cancelled reservation due to traveling with children and very hot weather

The pool was closed for 4th of July weekend. Complete waste of money. Rooms were not up to par either.

Needed a place to stay in the heart of Hyannis and had found reasonable rates with this hotel. However, unlike the advertising, the place had problems from the start. First, there is no restaurant. They do have a very skimpy continental offering in the morning with a few pastries, bread, pancakes, and such, but no meat. It seemed like more of an afterthought than a breakfast offering. Management was scarce with room issues such as room phones that didn't work. After enduring the stay for a couple of weeks, the bottom fell out when we we were forced to evacuate the hotel. First came the late night fire alarm that brought the fire department. The next morning, we were told the hotel was closing for repairs. Thankfully, the hotel had a sister facility we could stay at and all the guests were given rooms there. However, it was another 15 minute drive away from the heart of Hyannis. Truthfully, the sister hotel was a much better offering than the International with an actual hot breakfast offering and newer rooms.

It was closed by Board Of Health upon arrival. I was mortified by this. Nothing more to add to this review

They were suppose to have dinner that they serve but the dinner area was broke they said. They said I could get 10% off at another restaurant but the card only said $1. They had no meat with breakfast. The pool wasn't working. The boiler broke and we had no hot water for 2 nights. They switched us to a different room and they never mopped the floor put clean fresh towels in. They kept saying that they were the new owners of the building and they just kept having excuses they should have gave me back half my money. I had to go somewhere else to shower. There was something that looked like feces on my blanket and the last night at the hotel we had to evacuate cause the fire department came. They wanted us to switch hotels but it was 20mins away from the event I came for and they wanted more money when I had already spent over $800 to stay there. Not happy at all with this hotel.

My family of nine stayed in three separate rooms for one night. Two rooms were in a more modern part of the hotel, but one was a suite and in a much older part. My husband and sons stayed in that room, and while it had a jacuzzi tub, there was no standing shower. I can't recall any elevators either, but there are only two floors and stair use wasn't a problem. The hotel is extremely in need of some updates, but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel for one night, it's fine. And by "fine" I mean "you're exhausted from driving all day and want a bed to sleep in". If you're staying in the area for several days you might want to look elsewhere. If you're looking for something glamorous, this is not the place. Location to shops or a place to eat is good. We did not have dinner at the hotel, but we did have breakfast, which they advertise as being included, but you are only allotted two per room. So a couple can eat for no additional charge, but if there's four of you, you need to pay for the other two (it wasn't much, maybe $8). The breakfast staff was very friendly and the food was hot. An alternative is a Dunkin' Donuts which is across the street.

This was a good value for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful.

All dirty staying on the tub staying in the ceiling the mirrors all frost I was there for three nights and then any these days my key didn't work at the door and I have to go to the front desk to have them open the door for me. Horrible Horrible Horrible

It's was good but could have been great if the room was more updated

The room was clean, but it needed to be updated. Moldings were missing, ceiling tiles were stained. No plug for the hot tub, and no sign saying that the switch for the tub was by the light switch!! The staff was very nice, but when I was checking out there were 2 employees arguing LOUDLY... very unprofessional.

Not horrible but def kinda cheesy. We brought cleaner to ensure the hot tub was sanitary. Got a upgrade as hotel was near empty due to a snowstorm. Room was freezing when we got in it. Their was only a sheet and a light comforter so we had to blast the heat. In the summer this place must be a rip off.

The room was awful dirty ! stains on the carpet ,hair in the bed!!! Grosss!!!

Broken ice machines poor quality on the food and menu

Average hotel Could do more The price was amazing

Pass on this one. Thought it was another hotel when I booked.

With this price it is so good to stay cape cod just right there

Room not clean when we arrived and there was no staff available to clean it. Water in lobby men's room not working. They got a laundry person to clean the room so when we came back hours later, it was done, but we could not clean up before dinner. They offered us another room but we did not want it.

We arrived to find that they were having a problem with their boiler. They said it didn't involve our room so we went to our room and had no hot water. They offered us a discount or an upgraded room so we took the upgraded room because we wanted hot water. Again, no hot water in the second room. We got yet another upgrade and the third room was beautiful AND had hot water. We had a wonderful sleep and there a numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.
