No parking on site. Terrible breakfast options. Very expensive custom breakfast. 500% more compare to a good restaurant outside. Very small pool. If thats not a problem to you then you will enjoy it here

I stayed for a week and it was SAFE and right next to the beach. the AC worked great and the cleaning staff was AWESOME. one guy at the front desk sucked but other than that it was perfect. the walls are a little thin, so said my neighbor, me and my girlfriend were too loud they said. the safe was easy to use and was NEVER messed with.

My friend and I ended up staying 6 nights at the hotel which was more than enough time to see the sites and travel around the city. The moment you arrive at the hotel you are treated great. They have full time security that are always outside of the entrance of the hotel even though it seemed like a very safe area. They immediately grabbed our luggage for us and took it inside the hotel, didn't even have to carry it into the hotel or to our room. The check in process was very efficient and they provided all of the important information. The room was very clean and breakfast was great. Staying on the 20th floor was perfect because you have a phenomenal view of the ocean and beach.

The only thing was when I arrived @ airport my car did not identify themselves. I waited over 30 minutes. No one had my name on their service. I called hotel they had no knowledge of my car service, of which was prepaid tru orbitz . It was very difficult. Hotel suggested to take a cab gave me the run around instead of saying take a cab we will take care of the inconvience. They said it was practically out of their hands. Then After all that azula car service callled hotel saying they were looking for me. But no one had a sign to identify who they were picking up. I travel ALOT all services provide a card board with name of guests

Next to the beach, a really good breakfast a big variety of food, fruits, breads, etc to pick from and included! It is also Close to all types of restaurants. Good beach towels, nice pool, good bed, the room was clean. The staff was friendly. As soon as you walk in you feel welcome.

This hotel is terrific. I stayed with my girlfriend, it is in a wonderful location that is easy to find and walking distance to nice restaurants. The building is large, impressive and has a classy charm about the interior. It has a nice pool on the 7 floor with a nice view. It also has a gym and everything you could want. In my room the TV had DirecTV with hundreds and hndreds of channels. The breakfast was good with fresh eggs fruit and good coffee. The people complaining about this hotel for minor things like "old furniture" or something are wrong. Not everything has to be 100 percent modern to be beautiful!! These people are misguided. Don't listen to them folks, choose the Almirante, you WILL be satisfied.

Staff needs more English speakers. Not very welcoming or willing to offer assistance or guidance. The first room wasn't a suite and the bed was harder than concrete. The water pressure was a drip. The only saving grace was the free breakfast.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Only issues check-in/out process is slow and the quoted exchange rate is 2500 for a USD (should be about 2930 at the moment!). So don't exchange your money there.... The room was really nice and they least us in early which was much appreciated. Close to the beach and our partial view was nice. Great neighborhood etc.

I spent during the month of December several days in different weeks and the truth is an excellent hotel, the staff very friendly, the services very good, the room clean and with everything you require. On two (2) occasions I arrived at the end of the morning and they allowed me access to the room (Early Checkin) without charge, and even on the days that I had to leave early at the airport (4am) they prepared me the breakfast to take away.

Hotel staff verry good service . I will Stay here anytime .

It is not a new hotel but it still adecuate wit good facilities. The best is the cost-benefit ratio

Very bad internet in The room It is not working Inside the room

It was a clean hotel with friendly staff and the view from my 12th floor was excellent.

Pleasant experience, great place to relax or go on tours. Central location and everything within close proximity with friendly/helpful hotel staff.

Celebration my mother 95th birthday. There is no Cabinet to place clothing

Absolutely loved this hotel! Defiantly worth your stay and close to everything!

The staff and service was 4 to 5 stars and the common areas of the hotel were all updated. The room was a big disappointment though, could not control the ac to get the room comfortable, the bathroom was old looking with a tore up shower curtain, some mold a clogged tub and our windows were so dirty we could hardly see the ocean. I still would recommend the place because the service was excellent they just need to update the rooms.

it was a very nice hotel would stay again. Everything was perfect

I has a great time in Colombia. The hotel was really good. Staff was really friendly. Very clean. Food was good. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Very disappointed about 5 star hotel. Room ok, food not good at all. Amenities very old. Terrible internet service wifi.
