They cleaned rooms daily most hotels don’t I really appreciated that. The location was great for me, everything was in walking distance or a short taxi ride away. The only bad experience that I had was by the hotel front desk and the bellman at the entrance they seemed racist to me.
The Service and the food was exceptional
This location is great and very near a lot of restaurants and right across the beach. Cindy, at check in, was great in accommodating some requests. The people in the InterContinental Club were excellent. I stayed in a suite and it was very well stocked with amenities and minibar items. The restaurant has good food and the pool is very nice! I would stay at this hotel again.

I liked the pool area but the restaurant service was not on time. It took more than 30 minutes to serve the food. The server gave us an apology.
